Cleanliness and location. Older motel that has undergone some renovation in recent years perhaps. Good place to stay overnight while traveling. Felt safe.

Breakfast area looks like it was set up in the very small check in area. Not even sure it was usable as some things look like they were stacked or stored there. We did not ask about it as we had already planned to go to another place for breakfast.

I loved how close we were to downtown Helen. I traveled with my husband on our first anniversary trip! Definitely worth it if you are on a budget. Staff was great, it was clean! We did call maintenance because we didn’t know how to work the shower and our tv wouldn’t work, however maintenance came in less than 10 minutes and fixed everything! Highly recommend this hotel!

It was a roof over our head. Served purpose for the price but was still priced too high. Seemed to be staff living in motel. Area seemed safe enough since half rooms were empty. Went to check in around 3pm was told needed give them another 30 mins.

Half the room have been shutdown by fire department. Touched towel rack it fell off the wall. I placed it back as it was. Bathroom halfway painted from so called remodeling. Rooms are too high for that motel no matter how close to an tourist attraction. Tv mounted to wall with the base still on tv.

It was very small, paint peeling on ceiling in multiple places, no hairdryer like it said it would have, really old and not super clean at all, I went to the store and bought Lysol cause I felt like the whole was was just not clean..inside and out. room service knocked on my neighbors door at 10:30 at night. very very small but If you just need somewhere to sleep it does the job….there was a tv mount with no tv on it on the wall and the tv was sitting on the dresser.

I signed up for a smoking room however when we got there there was not one available nor had they reserved one for us. The water pressure for lack of a better term sucked. The lady who checked me in was not very chipper. It was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed by far. I would not recommend it.

I'm not usually a complainer. It has to be very bad before I complain. The room was filthy, you could tell it had not been swept or vacuumed in a good while. Not just dirt or dust, but bottle caps, paper, other garbage all around the edges of the room and around the furniture. Saw several roach bugs. Needs updated really bad. It was a cheap room, so I wasn't expecting the Ritz or anything close. But in this case..you get less than what you pay for. Avoid.
