Room was clean

That the pool was close and my kids really wanted to swim so all I could do was full the bathtub and that I went to pick up breakfast at 8:35 that they only gave me 1 bag of breakfast and I needed 4

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.

Surprise security fee at checkout. I will not use this hotel again.

Stayed twice in a 7 day period (before and after vacation flights). 1st stay was good, room was on 3rd floor, clean & appeared updated. 2nd stay was on 1st floor, and the room appeared dated, with old carpet, basic decor, just kind of blah. However, both rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing great. Didn't get breakfast 1st stay as we had to leave before it opened. For a 1 night stay before or after a flight, it worked well for us and was close to the airport. They do offer a shuttle, but we didn't use the service.

Breakfast should be offered a bit earlier since it is close to the airport and many flights are early. 1st floor rooms appear to need updating.

Location was great, parking good with no fee, I love how spacious my room was and that it included a microwave and refrigerator.

Only con was the towels didn't seem that clean.

Their free airport shuttle. The driver was great. He went out of his way to help me. Brought my luggage into the lobby. I appreciate him. Thank you again. The evening desk clerk is a great asset to this hotel. She has exceptional customer service skills. I apologize for not remembering her name. I have an injured knee. She went out of her way...she brought my luggage to the room. Brittany who works days also is an exceptional employee. I had talked to her on the phone a couole of times before arrival. She was very helpful and very friendly on the phone. The rooms are very clean. Choose staying here. You wont be diappointed.. I will be staying here again.

The bed was too soft for me.

Everything has been amazing thus far. The staff is awesome Rebecca and Ronald in particular. I left for a day in an Airbnb and came right back to this sanctuary as I feel comfortable and protected here. My service dog is welcomed and happy ;-). I may be extending my stay as it almost feels like family here and I work remotely so this is a perfect fit for me as I recover physically and mentally… namaste 🙏👌👌👌

Easily accessible, nice grounds. 24 hr staff and delicious breakfast.

Room #300 6/27/23 to 6/29/23 Cleanliness Professional and friendly staff

Room #300 6/27/23 to 6/29/23 TV Remote - needed changing and I was put through a bit of a Hassel to prove it to the Receptionist. She should have sent a Maintenance Worker to my Room immediately instead of me having to make unnecessary trips to her. Room Door - is very hard to open. Even though I reported it, no one showed up to my Room to show they even give a damn about looking at the Knob.

The staff was AMAZING. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

I had paid for an upgrade to a suite...did not get that. I needed the extra room for a wheelchair and find sometimes a suite afford that luxury. They told my husband that it was wheelchair accessible. The hallway into the actual room was so narrow, my chair was scraping the walls. And the bed was so high I needed assistance getting in it. But other than that it's a great place! Oh...we were still charged the suite price.

Due to unusual circumstances, we took a taxi from the International terminal. The fare should have been about $7. When we arrived at the hotel, the driver said we owed $30. That is the flat rate to downtown, and I knew we weren't anywhere near downtown. I went inside and told the woman behind the counter, She came out and told the driver that she knew he was trying to cheat us. He quickly got in his taxi and drove away without any payment. Thank you!
