Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Melbourne - Palm Bay

The only thing I can say is that when you stay at extended stay in Palm Bay you will get nothing but great service the staff is beyond friendly day and night staff each and every one of them I truly would like to think all of them for all of the great service great attitude jumping to my beck and call at any given moment I really enjoyed my stay there I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and it was the best two weeks that I can honestly say I had I had no problem with no one there anything I needed anything I needed they were more than willing to help me from the front desk to the room cleaners to the maintenance everyone there was just great you really have wonderful staff working for your company and I hope that they continue to grow thank you for allowing us to stay there la Quanta Scott

The beds were on steady rails where if my 3 year old lost something underneath it I could get it. The beds were comfortable and I like the fact that we had a refrigerator and a microwave in our room. The floors was laminated so it was nice that it wasn't carpet.

The shower when you turn it on. It was making a lot of noises before the hot water kick in. The construction workers were working on the elevators so we had to take stairs to the third floor which was bad because each hallway was extremely uncomfortably hot and it was not cool. I felt uncomfortable like the building was going to be on fire.

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Excellent central location. A good home away from home for saving money on meals, etc. Pet friendly a huge plus.

A toaster oven or similar appliance for baking could be made available. Would like furniture with drawers.

The entire staff when we checked in were awesome they were very helpful when we had some minor issues. We were very happy that we could drive a short distance to the beach to watch the sunrise.

My only issue was there is no pool at the hotel and also that you have to ask for all the utensils and dishes for the room.

Newish property in new shopping area. Room was very nice and comfortable bed. Room was fairly small but quite useable.

Address was very hard to find. Also breakfast was a joke. No creamer and out of sugar. For booking.com the confirmation does not have the address anywhere. There are 3 extended stays in that general area.

Location of property to my Dad’s residence 10 minutes away. Room design . Simple and clean . Pet friendly.

Outrageous pet fee for a 5lb. Cat . 28.00 dollars a night total cost of stay 140.00 plus tax now that’s some B.S. Glad I didn’t own a 120 pound Rottweiler. Probably have to take out a small loan to pay fees. Room needs a comfortable chair the one in room was small and hard not padded well.

It was clean, affordable, near restaurants and stores. We were able to walk to restaurants and take food back easily. Publix and Target right around the corner. A gas station and Chick-fil-A were also nearby.

Our hallway smelled of weed. There was a kitchen in the room but absolutely nothing there...pots, dishes, silverware, etc. The clientele there was shady, though no one bothered us. It was just odd to have so many people there who looked like they sold drugs there. When we went down for the grab and go breakfast, two mornings in a row, there was no breakfast. Went just after 9am and then just after 7am....

clean, quiet and practical

There is some building going on all around and there were multiple people hanging out in the lots after dark.

The staff was on top of who was coming and going which i love!!everything was exceptionally clean especially the laundry room and vending machines..great job ES!!!

Everything was great except the rate of the room ...the online price increased after i actually clicked into the booking...since i was forced into getting a week rate it was just outside of ny budget.... overall i felt safe and clean!!

Great room! Perfect location to visit family in Palm Bay!

Breakfast items ran out and were not replenished. Front desk attendants doing other things and away from desk majority of time.
