It was a beautiful room and view.

We was in room 520 and when you go into the bathroom and use the toilet we noticed the balcony above us to the side could see in right to us using the bathroom. Someone needs to put blinds up there for privacy. That was our only complaint. We even went to our balcony to see if it was the same from ours to the suit below and it was. You can see right to the toilet.

This is a hotel proper for weddings, conventions, or just for families to enjoy! The facilities, balconies, mattresses, pools, amenity restaurant, (noise only until 10:00 pm), and decor is amazing, as it is the included high quality breakfast! The personnel is the best! So friendly! I highly recommend it! In addition, Fort Desoto, next door, has one of the most beautiful virgin beaches to enjoy the sunset! There's a small pier too, if you like fishing! John's Pass is about fifteen minutes away, a great place with many restaurants, tourists shops, and a variety of boats to catch to enjoy the sunset at the sea, including a pirate one for kids, big and small! On the West, the Sunken Gardens and the St. Petersburg Pier, (about forty minutes away), are worth to visit as well!

Nothing really. This is the best hotel I've ever seen! Even the breakfast facility stayed open a little bit later than it supposed, in benefit of the late clients!

My stay was a special end of summer getaway to celebrate nearing retirement year as an educator. It was also, our family's first trip with our pup in which we drove nearly ten hours. The pool and restaurant next door were a bonus. What's more, the manager kindly fulfilled our request for a double rather than a king accomodation, with the most extraordinary view. All the staff was amazing from the check-in to breakfast buffet and housekeeping staff. We definitely will consider visiting again and will certainly recommend to others.

I love the hotel - it is beautiful, room was large, spacious, bathroom large. Having a kitchen was a major plus to house cold stuff. The view is amazing over the marina. Having the Island Grill right next door was also an added plus being one of my favorite restaurants and local hangouts. The area is quite, even with a restaurants an music at night, within distance to all the beaches and other beach hangouts "Bon- Aire" via car or uber. Great time there - highly recommend !

Love the fact that there was a fabulous restaurant next-door. But the fact that there are two pools and you’re right on the boat dock. Yeah from our balcony we actually had years of not only the harbor with the boats but ouch into the bay. We were on the fifth floor the room was impeccable And large. We are a family of five and fit very well. We’ve all decided this will not be our last visit there. Close to gorgeous beaches.

There’s construction in the area but that will soon pass. Obviously that is not something that the management can control. Even still it was easy to navigate around it.

Everything was immaculate, from the lobby to the rooms. The customer service was amazing. It was my fiancé’s birthday weekend and I messaged the property about having funny pictures posted around the room so that he could find them when we entered and Mr. Alexandre did just that. It was an amazing stay and we will be back!

The hotel is beautiful modern, the bar and the spectacular view, it is located next to the Marina where you find an exquisite restaurant, I loved it.

the Check out in Booking.com is at 12 noon, but a person went to knock on the door at 11:30 because it was actually at 11, additionally I found many hairs in the room on the surfaces in the vanity cabinets, the toilet seat was dirty and the dishes and the glass coffee pot was inside the disswacher,I found it when I was leaving

Everything is perfect. It's maybe because it's brand new. The key to operate the elevator and door is one of the great feature. Breakfast is great. Everything is super clean.

The price is a little high, but it was ok for me. One thing I forgot to ask was I feel some thing in the water. It felt like there was some sort of soap or something.

Beautiful peaceful location. Loved the spacious room and balcony and hearing live music from the island grill next door. Breakfast was great too and thank goodness included in price.,

Pool was small but fine. Disappointed the marina’s pool next door was closed. Wasn’t told that when booked room. The price to stay here is outrageous. Way too expensive at $400+ per night.

Beautiful views from the roof top, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Great choice for families with kids as they have access to two pools. The location is great, close to the park and Soto beach.

Parking should be included and not extra cost.
