There was an issue with our television, the desk clerk Donna, worked diligently to get the issue resolved. Donna was very personal and accommodating. She is an asset to your organization.

The HVAC units in the room were very noisy, the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a serious rattle.

The room smell, there’s only one ice maker and it was mot working. Housekeeping dose not pick up your trash, you also have to take your towels to the front desk and they don’t want to give extra if ask . I feel they need a overall cleaning on there carpet .

Location, location, location! Walking distance from all of the destinations you would desire while staying in a hotel away from home. Nearby large mall, high quality restaurants directly across the street & surrounding areas ; upscale entertainment for the adult audience - this location leaves nothing to be desired.- The entire staff was Professional , patient & extremely polite. I found the employees to be very helpful. Well kept rooms, with the occupants kept in mind; outlets are endless- This is great for those who know the struggle other hotels leave you to endure literal scavenger hunts for hidden plugs. All necessary extras are even providedat the front desk! ( toasters pots pans extra blankets etc!) I was overall very satisfied with my entire stay here.

Leroy worked hard to get me a room away from any noise so I can sleep well

The breakfast was lacking and the coffee was taken away at 9:30 would be my only suggestions to change. Yes for $100 a night I can stay other places that have warm food.

I really like that hotel and it's not the first time we've stayed. but this time they did not have a bbq in the pool area to be able to cook, the morning staff who was at the reception was very rude and spoke to you with attitude, I think she does not have the capacity for this job. bad costumer services.

Friendly staff, a bit overworked. I got a coffeemaker and coffee to take up to my room which helped in the morning, lol. And on checkout the attendant apologized very politly and offered a voucher as a compensation for having to share my room with some uninvited guests(with 6legs), which came as a nice surprise

I stayed in this Hotel in Okt 2018 Since then Corona changed our lives and rules , like no more coffee or tea in the lobby, but in this hotel something else happened: Carpets full of spots, dirty sofa, furniture scratched, wifi in room only, but not in public areas, insects(yes, I know Florida has a tropical climate)...... The owner should make a thorough inspection of the rooms and get the cleaners and handymen going.

Was quiet and the TV worked good.

At arraible was like 5 people's in front .They have two checking terminals. The lady at front desk looks new all by her self and not knowing the system as yet . She had to call the Big lady from the back twice. Instead of being helpful to the new girl; The Big lady when back to eat and not helping the people's there. It took 35 minutes to get my room that was already booked. Leaving a new employee by her self that is not fully understood the systems is unacceptable! I stay at this particular hotel in the past and never had problems and they always have two employees at front desk. Note! If you have more than 3 people's waiting... common sense dictates that someone needs help! Specifically if new!

Really attractive interior, fabulous check-in w/Alexander (?) who was ridiculously fast & efficient, pool was nice, TV was new & reception perfect, good wi-fi

space at end of bed was about a foot wide, breakfast was minimal

The room was exceptionally, it was more than enough space for my family, My kids really enjoyed the pool and the experience of being in this hotel.

Everything went well

The friendliness, and professionalism of the staff is phenomenal.

Some guests were a bit loud, which is natural anyway
