Exceptionally friendly and competent staff, Everyone was treated with respect and kindness. The teenagers loved the breakfast pancakes.

I fell, coming into the property. I had a handicapped sticker and I was using a walker due to hip replacement surgery 3weeks ago. There was a step from the car to the valet area and I didn’t see it. I caught it with the front of my walker and went down on all fours. I wasn’t really hurt, just sore. But I believe that, had the curb been marked, with yellow paint along the edge for example, I would have seen it and not fallen. Also I was traveling with 2 teenage boys who were looking forward to staying up all night playing video games on the beautiful tv, of which they had brought a small suitcase full. They were very disappointed to learn that they were not allowed to change the HDMI input, so they couldn’t load their games.

Excellent location. Very clean hotel and rooms.

I booked the hotel room on December 27, 2022. When I checked in, the hotel staff member told me that the room was not paid for. I was told there was an issue with the credit card that I booked with! I had the receipt from booking.com for $316.97 at check-in . I used another credit card for check-in and was charged $364.00. When I checked out, I received a receipt for $316.97 the same as booking. com. from the hotel. I asked the employee why the difference. Same answer. There was a security issue with the first card. If there was an issue, why was I not notified by booking.com or the hotel?

Privileged location, right were shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops are. Super comfortable bed and clean room.

The optional mask policy was a surprise when we got there. In the middle of a pandemic, with new variants of COVID on the rise, and Florida being one of the states with high contagion rate, and low vaccination rates, this should not be the policy at a hotel. We were very disappointed and felt that the management took a political decision, not based on facts and science. We should all be caring for each other and not unnecessarily exposing one another. That is what a mask at all times policy shows: care.

Everything was nice and clean. The front desk was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. No coffee pot in the room, but that's okay. The coffee downstairs was fantastic

It's not that I didn't like it. It was the added expense which is no big deal, but you can't park your own vehicle. Courtesy valet which was fantastic. Just add an extra 20 bucks to your trip and not having a coffee pot in the room or microwave

The location and the 24 hour lobby with so many amenities and friendly staff. April was so progressional and always had a smile on her face.

I was a bit uncomfortable at first with the fact that parking is valet only from what I understood. It was not an issue and they operate the service very well, however I was just taken aback by there not being onsite self parking. Again this might just be typical or standard for the buildings in the area. I was just caught off guard at first.

From the valet to the check-in process, everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. The hotel was within walking distance of everything, and it was extremely clean and updated. The lobby was bright and inviting. Everything was great. The television even had a welcome message as I walked into my room. A truly excellent hotel.

As close to perfect a stay as I have had in a long time.

Everything was great, the staff was friendly. Our room was great and me and son walked back and forth from a couple of Rays games. It felt safe in the area even late into the night.

If I could only make one suggestion its that the elevators defaulting to the 1st or 3rd floor while not in use would vastly speed up the rush of people trying to get to there rooms after the Rays games or other events.

Proximity to Tropicana field was the reason that we chose this property. But in reality it was absolutely fantastic outside of just the location. The kids loved the free games in the lobby. The 3rd floor deck “ water feature “ was absolutely lovely!! And the breakfast and coffee far exceeded our expectations!!

Location. Bathroom design & cleanliness. Staff was top notch. Microwave & small refrigerator. Coffee at all hours. Filtered Water source. Exercise room had free weights.

No closet is different, but it's 'budget' so I understand cost cutting measures. Fair amount of sound from rooms into hallway. Pool area extremely small and it was a spa size pool. Nice to have breakfast area, I would rate it a B on breakfast 'menu'.

Compared to other Hilton properties, room was small and very minimalist. Normal amenities you would expect were not there. No closet, has a clothes rack and pegs. No coffee maker or writing materials in room. Even on the sight floor street noise was rather loud. Valet service parked the where something had ran down onto the roof and hood. I will continue to stay at Hilton properties, just not this one. Nightly cost did not match the level you would expect.
