Kyle, the owner, is amazing! He always answered the phone and took care of our requests immediately. Shortly after checking in and unpacking everything, the air conditioner went out. He came immediately to check it out, gave us the option of moving to another room or he had a new a/c unit he could replace with a little help from my honey. WHAAAAT??? That would NEVER happen at a big name hotel!!!! Within 30 minutes (I kid you not!!!) we had a new A/C and set at 68 we had icicles. And this was a regular sized hotel a/c - NOT a window unit!!! Loved our stay!

Nothing! The suite was immaculately clean, well supplied with all household essentials and fabulous restaurants close by. Ask Kyle for his recommendations for great food!

Good location close to our needs Easy check in, but those with physical disabilities should note that the office to do so is up a flight of stairs - there was an elevator, but good to know ahead of time. Very pleased coffee packs were there to use for our first morning! Nice little area for eating, and one for sitting to watch t.v. it was pretty small, though) All in all a pleasant place to stay when visiting family.

Bathroom set up- doors, lights, etc was a bit awkward but we managed. Bed pillows were small squares - not the normal twin, queen or king sized.

The room was very comfortable, very clean. Access to the property was very easy & the Davis House is located close enough to walk to many attractions, but far enough from the crowd. It was very peaceful in the evening. Kyle is extremely kind & accommodating, making it feel more like you're staying with friends.

The bed could have been a bit more firm, but other than that it was a great stay. Some local construction was going on, so not ideal when it came to sound/scenery, but that's just temporary...

The rooms were SPOTLESS not a spec of dust, dirt, nothing! The staff was so accommodating on everything! The owner went above and beyond to help us, we towed the boat, and he let us park it and in hook it in a safe and secure location during the whole stay!

There is nothing to fill out in the box the resort was amazing there is no other words it’s quiet, spacious, the value is perfect especially on a budget.

What a hidden gem! We visit Sebastian at least twice a year and typically do not need a place to stay because we always stay with family. This visit, our brother was getting married and we actually, unexpectedly, did need a place to stay very last minute. Through our internet search the Davis House Inn came up. The prices were reasonable, it's in a great location, and the reviews were good. We decided to go ahead and book through booking.com. My only hesitation, and it was slight, were the pictures. Usually places make their pictures of the property look better than the property actually is, for Davis House Inn, it's quite the opposite. The pictures on line do not do the property any justice! What a nice surprise when we arrived! Its a beautiful property, on the river, with tons of outdoor space. The rooms are humbly cute, complete with small kitchenettes (no oven, but a microwave and a grill outside), a separate living area from the bed, and a nice, clean bathroom. Letting in tons of sunlight and fresh air, windows surround the entire Inn. I heard a dog, so I believe it's pet (or at least dog) friendly. The owner was very nice and helpful, but also stayed out of your way. We will definitely be back to Davis House Inn whenever we need a place to stay in Sebastian, what a gem! Oh, and it's in walking distance to all the fun bars and restaurants in downtown Sebastian, just a lovely riverwalk stroll to loads of fun :) PS - I know my pics aren't any better, but I felt I couldn't leave a review without adding my own pics as I mentioned them!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Great location. Close to the water, restaurants, and about 15 to 20 minutes to drive to the beaches. Close to Vero Beach and other inlets. The room was perfect. The staff is so accommodating.

I had to go home. There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

This property is what everyone should look for when vacationing in the treasure coast area. It is centrally located with a great view, and the owner was super friendly and accommodating. When you stay here you are given your privacy. You are in control of your space and they accommodate as you need. I hope to stay here again in the future.

I have nothing bad to say about this property.

There was a balcony we could sit out. Friendly service when we needed something. The facilities were good like BBQ. There was nature around like squirrels and we saw a raccoon!

Lack of cooking facilities in the room, only a microwave, no cooking plates. No saucepans. There was an extra charge using the credit card to pay.

The peaceful serene atmosphere was just overwhelming. We needed for nothing as we had everything a hotel will usually offer; towels, soap, coffee, etc. My husband loved the fishing dock offered to guests only. We can’t wait to come next year.

The location worked well for us. Although we did not have a water view it was very pretty to see the water when coming and leaving our room.

We were only two people so we didn't need to sleep on the futon. I was happy to see the tv in the bedroom as the futon was not very comfortable to relax on. This was not a deal breaker for us as we spent all of our day with family 30 minutes away.
