Decent size room, lots of lights(bright)LED Flat screen TV, up on wall, not set on dresser. Microwave and frig always good. I would have put the frig up a little higher. Very clean, modern furniture, great location, close to Disney, Universal.
Taxes and fees $51? Still a decent value. People need to learn english, called ahead to make sure late check in was ok, spoke to 4 people before someone understood what I was saying. Shower was weird, no curtain, tempered glass, the side you stepped in had a slope. Wand worked better than shower head to rinse off.

The location, the facilities,the comfort and how easy was for doing the check-in and use all appliances available.
I have just two suggestions. I suggest the owners to let more towels available for people who will stay more days. We stayed 12 days and had just 5 towels for 3 people. Also, I suggest the owners to let available a mop or even a broom so that people who want to clean the room do it by themselves.

I liked that it was close to the Disney and Universal parks. I also liked how nice the room was for the price.
They could have provided more garbage bags, we only had four very small bags the entire week.

slightly misleading as to exactly how close to Disney attractions. a lot of homeless and panhandlers in the immediate area outside hotel parking lot.

Value and cleanliness on arrival. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.
$35 cleaning fee but no daily cleaning included. Ice machine in only 1 building on the opposite side of the property. Minimal night time lighting in the parking lot. Ridiculous pricing in a candy bar with a dollar tree across the street. Devil in the details kind of things.
