Magnuson Hotel Jacksonville Downtown

Staff was very Friendly and goes out of their way to make sure my stay is comfortable. My 3 week stay I have had no problems with housekeeping, front office, or maintenance.

I would say through my experience with other hotels in the area the staff were very friendly. I felt like they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and the housekeeping was a wonderful staff in the front office were very professional and also very understanding at times. Maintenance was very fast if you had a service call put in. He was very professional and did the work and a very timely manner.

Believe it or not I was pleasantly surprised being where it was. We spent 6 days there and it was peaceful. Even on New Years Eve. The rooms were clean and they were very accommodating. If ever that way again I will definitely choose to stay there for the price I got online. Victoria Rose

I didn't like Scottish Inn across the road but nobody ever bothered me and we left things in back of the truck nothing was bothered..

The accommodations were as described. Liked the access to the highway and downtown area.

Was not allowed the option of late checkout. The location seemed to be policed quite heavily. Constantly seeing people walking around throughout the night.

No bugs, clean room located in the front of hotel reasonable price

Did not like the fact that this hotel was across the street from another hotel that had a lot going on. They are like night and day.

Everything good 💯 nice and clean, very nice house keeping at the room every day fresh towels and staff is very friendly, beds comfy and bathroom clean everything great 😃👍👍👍

There's no discount for staying so long @ Magnuson hotel

I was not aware of any breakfast and don't believe there was however the location was actually beautiful for our family. It was right where we could go and see just about anything I love you beautiful

I was expecting for a whole new look in the room from blankets furniture the whole nine in the room was nothing like it showed in the brochure. However we made it doable

Mostly everything close to I -95, Phillips highway feels like it's in the middle of everything, stores, walking around, close to Riverside City

Noise sometimes late at night

I love it the guy on the ground desk was amazing!!!!!! Water was super hot loved it!

But, the bed frame was broken, and when you closed the bathroom door it would get stuck on the light :(

They let me stay even though they claimed I was on the DNR list. So thanks for making the exception much appreciated.

They said I was on the Do Not Rent list even though I've never stayed on either property and nobody could tell me why.

The staff was very professional & kind ....at one point my TV wasn't working & the maintenance man was immediately sent to fix it ...I had a great stay & will be back ..
