Fire alarm went off .we had to evacuate nobody explained why or what was going on. Restaurant on premises was closed .

The hotel was located in the area that we wanted to visit. It was clean, well presented, and our room had all the facilities that we needed.Bed was very comfortable, ensuring good nights sleep for the two nights that we stayed there. The staff that we dealt with were polite and helpful, and were a pleasure to deal with. No complaints whatsoever.

Hotel didn't serve any form of breakfast, although from previous reviews it seemed to in the past. So we were recommended to go to a cafe just down the road, but equally, the price we paid was without any meals included, so no cause for complaint there.

room was large, clean and comfortable

advertised as having a kitchenette. however no kitchen cutlery provided. I should have knives, forks and spoons and maybe a toaster. At $200 a night this is not too much. property description should be clearer.

The location was wonderful! It was central to all the attractions in and around Everglades City. Also, the staff was very helpful with information about the attractions and facilities in and around Everglades City. The suggested restaurants were great, and the discount on the swamp buggy tour was helpful.

Had to request housekeeping clean the room. Before COVID, if you didn't display the "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping just cleaned the room, now they have to be asked. It's a little thing, but it's something that was nice and appreciated.

This was our 2nd stay. Room is large with plenty of storage. Very comfortable for 4 people. Kitchenette was nice especially the large fridge. Nice to make light breakfast and lunch each day. Location is great. Close to everything. Kayak tour began on-site which was nice. Overall a good visit.

This visit was not as pleasant as our visit last year. Our room had a view of the dumpster where trash that was spread on the ground. The room was next to the laundry and noisy at times. We were not supplied any soaps or shampoo in our room but were given two bar soaps after asking. Parking somewhat limited. Not able to park by the room. But it was spring break and busy. A little disappointed this time but would go again as it's the best in the area.

The room was clean, large, comfortable, and modern. Our suite had a microwave, a mid-sized refrigerator, and freezer. The front desk people were very helpful with activities and restaurant suggestions. They provided quality kayaks and knowledgeable, personable guides to tour the Mangrove tunnels and other local wonders. I highly recommend.

Our lighted mirror in the bathroom broke the second day we were there and they couldn't fix it during our stay. They did bring us a temporary floor lamp for the bathroom that worked well enough but just wasn't as nice.

Set in the heart of the everglades. Clean, comfy, and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty spacious parking, didn't have too many issues. Very nice to have a fridge in the hotel room. Price was great.

Staff leave at night leaving you with a phone number to call for issues or emergencies Cell service sucked. No boat parking on site.

excellent location with its own little beach and marina close to Publix

our room wasn’t made up - we were later told that this was on request but had no way of knowing that lights stay on outside overnight so it is light through the shutters- take mask if you need it dark

We stayed at the Everglades Adventure Hotel Suites during the peak season so it was a little expensive for what it was; still, it was peak season and it is what it is. The room was fine -- large and roomy, plain and functional, with a sitting area where you could watch the big screen TV which was excellent. We watched this year's Super Bowl, as a matter of fact. There is no breakfast offered. We went on the hotel's Kayak tour through the mangroves which was fantastic. There's a lot to do in this area and this hotel makes a good base of operations.

HUGE room with great facilities. Well located to visit the Everglades. They offer a discount if you book tours with their associated operators. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Unfortunately due to COVID the nearby restaurants close quite early but the hotel has a very helpful list of the nearby eateries and opening and closing times.
