At Home Inn & Suites

This was an amazing stay. The place was actually very clean, you can tell that it was recently updated. We really enjoyed it my family and I will book again.

We hope they will update the breakfast from grab and go to a hot serve breakfast. Otherwise this place was very good. At the very end a house keeping lady was very rude and told me that they didn't have a 12 pm check out on Sundays she acted as if I had to be out of the room right then at 11:17 am even after I said we were here till 12 , I went and confirmed it with the front desk at the time and she did say I was down for 12 . That was my only problem.

Our stay here was for three nights while moving our daughter and husband to Pensacola. A very good value compared to other hotels in this area. It was completely full during our stay, and no noise at all was heard from our room. Many families were enjoying the outdoor pool area. Bed was very comfortable. For an older hotel, it seemed to be maintained fairly well and I’m sure an ongoing job to keep it that way. The gentleman who checked us in on the evening shift was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The coffee bar was absolutely great to have, 24 hour service with Community Coffee. Breakfast was an assortment of packaged items, honey buns, muffins, etc. At first glance I honestly wasn’t sure about the inn, being older and our room was on the outside corridor, but after three nights I felt this was a good and decent place to be in Pensacola.

Felt like home! The host was super nice and easy to talk to!

There were dogs, which are well behaved and really sweet! But I would’ve liked to know ahead of time so I could pack some allergy medicine

The breakfast was muffins, honeybuns and breakfast bars which was just what my child wanted. The location is near lots of stores, about 20 minute drive to the ocean. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. The Room fridge was larger then expected!

After Driving 16 hours when I got to the property a few minutes after check in time... my room was not ready. I waited as asked and after a half hour I returned and they asked for another half hour. I asked if they could please just exchange my room with another room and the request was happily taken care of.

The room was spotlessly clean, smelled clean as we opened the door. The beds were clean & tidy, stain free. The bathroom was very big & CLEAN. We stayed in the main building, the commodore suite, I am very happy with our stay & room. I was given fresh towels upon request as well as an extra comforter. Will absolutely be back. Upon arrival neither TV was properly working, I requested it to be fixed & when we arrived back from dinner both TV's were fixing properly, maintenance was attentive.

The only negative thing I have to say is about not having a bell hop, lobby assistant. The price I paid for the room, having a one year old on my hip, & my room being upstairs. It was definitely disappointing to not receive assistance getting our belongings too & from the room. Also, the front desk clerk working morning shift Sunday (06-11) Dana, she seemed very rude & snippy. Nothing personal, but her personality & attitude on this day was not very customer service friendly. I just asked for some help, the snooty persona was unnecessary.

Although the refrigerator in my room was inoperative upon arrival, the maintenance person troubleshot quickly. He ,Teri, helped locate room that had working equipment and helped move my things. He was key in making my stay a positive experience. His attention to detail was a great reflection on At Home Inn. Each person at the front desk was courteous, polite and nonjudgmental when I needed a key replacement. The support staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating to needs, whether to not be disturbed or needing coffee packets refilled.

It was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Besides the Remote control issue. Everything was great.

I had an issue with the TV. First there was no remote to the TV, called downstairs and went to pick one up. After that it wouldn’t connect. Front desk staff couldn’t help me because it was 10 at night and maintenance was gone. I YouTube the video on how to connect the remote and after that I still couldn’t watch TV.

Location decent, was able to walk to food and entertainment. Staff was nice. Pool area looked nice. Free bottled water was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Outside maintained poorly, cigarette butts everywhere, rooms need to be detail cleaned, i.e. baseboards. Major dust on top of frig. Facility is not bad. But certainly could be a lot better for the price. Breakfast was not much.

I love that I could check in early even though my room wasn't ready & when it was I got a phone call. Then my friends wanted to grill but didn't really have a kitchen for breakfast but the area when they did coffee had a big sink let me prepare the meat there and I cleaned & sanitize it because I was patience cause I still couldn't get in my room until 430 check in was 3 but they was great❤️

People check in with a great big dog and was next to me kept barking all night

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it continues to be great! The location is perfect for where I travel in the area, the facilities are clean and the beds are comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very clean and inviting. This hotel seems pretty new and modern. No issues! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Nothing bad to say about this visit except for that the "breakfast" was just to-go options like granola bars and muffins. We aren't breakfast people so that isn't a big deal to me. Everything else is great!
