When someone stays five days, you should clean the room every 2 days. It was a beach trip for us and by day 2 we felt like we were living in a dirty apartment.

The location and hotel facility were great! Beds were very comfy, the breakfast had a really good variety of items and good customer service. Will definitely book again.

Perhaps have extra pillows and blankets available in the closet for the sofa bed. We had to request this from front desk but it wasn't a big deal. Service was great.

Exceptional service, my wife & I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us and decorated our room with beautiful roses petals, wine, candies made our stay very special. The staff was always professional & friendly. We definitely will return!

I loved the location. It was close to everything. The hotel was very clean & comfortable with modern decor. The breakfast was great.

Staff was friendly but we did have to ask several times to have the pack n play for our toddler. We requested it on our reservation so it was disappointing that it wasn’t already available for us when we checked in. I also wish housekeeping came each day. Stayed 3 nights & they came on our very last day late in the afternoon while our baby was napping so we never had the room cleaned. This was a bummer because we had been to the beach so our room needed attention!

This was one of the best values I have come across in my travels. Truly exceptional and the location was perfect for us.

Hotel is a good value for money. Not a luxury hotel but everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is decent. I liked the location of the hotel, which was convenient to many restaurants.

I thought the house keeping could be better and more thorough. On one occasion after the house keeping, which is every fourth day, I still noticed food some remnants on the table, which showed that it wasn't cleaned.

I liked everything about my trip from start to finish the staff that checked me in was very friendly, very courteous. The rooms were very very clean exceptionally well. The view of my room was very great and the beach area was not far away. The breakfast was phenomenal. There was a great variety of foods, fresh and hot daily along with water, juices milk and fresh fruits Anything you can think of for breakfast was there I loved it.

There was not anything that I didn’t like is even pet friendly you can bring your pets, so I don’t have anything about the hotel that I don’t like.

We loved the location from the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the staff and the cleanliness and the comfortable beds and spacious room, the fact that the housekeepers keep it so nice and are so friendly and helpful. My husband said this was the best hotel we have stayed at so far.

I didnt really care for the bland breakfast. Also never get a room near the ice machine, some people can be loud and inconsiderate at times with the noise level.

Every single thing! Have not gone wrong with a Hyatt Place yet! Breakfast has a great variety and availability of time I mean yogurt, fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles cereal, bagels, muffins, bread orange juice, milk for three hours in the morning on weekdays and two on Saturdays (wasn’t there on a Sunday so I imagine the same as a Saturday) Room as always has a partition for a mini living room and desk space Bathroom had towels galore, the GM of this property emailed me to thank me for booking before I even got into town! The towels were made to be decorative by pre check-in staff! My floor towel and bathroom tissues had their shapes manipulated to look like flowers! Super clean from lobby to room floor (I stayed on top floor)! Pet friendly so cool to see this AND how clean they keep the place

No dislikes, really My only suggestion is build another one right on Mirimar Beach, that is the ONLY way to improve a place as great as this!

The clean room and very spacious. Lots of things to do. This was my first time visiting and I plan on setting up a family vacation for next year. Love! Love! Love! This hotel, resort and spa place. Everything was so nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I have a plant based lifestyle so the selection of food for me to eat was very slim Pickens and next time I will shop at the local grocery store for food. If you could please at least have nut milks available or agave sweetener that would help a lot for people who have a vegan/plant based lifestyle.
