Clean, classy, free airport shuttle. Thankful receptionist told me how Lyft/Uber are faster and cheaper to cruise port than the $20 shuttle which I gladly avoided

I thought it was a little overpriced and did not even include little breakfast. Also I accidentally went to two other Marriotts first and walked up to their check in desk because I couldn’t find this specific one

Desk staff was professional and helpful, lots of USB hook-ups bedside and around the room. Breakfast buffet ($$) was excellent and the staff and chef did an amazing job of packing a breakfast to take to my wife who was not feeling well and needed to stay in the room.

Desk staff didn't know anything about the restaurant operations because "they are separate" so could not answer some questions about the breakfast the next morning, and no one was around from the restaurant. Water supply like to toilet had slow leak which left a puddle on the floor daily. Shower seal at the bottom was off so water leaked onto the floor and soaked the bath mat every time it was used and there was nothing I could do about it. Carpet had some stains bedside already though the place if fairly new. One day this will be a fabulous location, but for not, mostly just construction around it.

The location was ideal.

Firstly, the GPS initially took us to the AC Marriott and not Marriott Fort Lauderdale but luckily, the distance was not far to get to the right hotel. Secondly, the valet service needs improvements. It takes to long for the valet to retrieve your car. I don't expect to send a text message for my car before I leave my room, continue dressing, leave my room and make my way downstairs and still have to wait. That's more than 8 minutes notice and still no car. However, I'm willing to accept that the hotel is fairly new, and some things have to be ironed out until they get it right.

The hotel is just a year old. The common areas are nice and new, and the rooms are well furnished. There is construction happening on one side of the building but I didn't hear any noise. There are good places to eat at the shopping development, which is a two minute walk. The front desk experience was great - very friendly. FYI - there is an airport shuttle.

Honestly, it was expensively priced for a weeknight stay.

my likes beautiful facility. we will return. they were very attentive to my needs.a car is needed to get around,And the restaurant was pricey. I did DoorDash worked wonderful..Bed was so comfy, please be aware that cab drivers are not honest with the travel cost.We were told that there was no shuttle service by a person at the front desk, We called a cab not knowing that they have a shuttle 24 hours from Marriott This mistake cost us $ 30. the hotel is .1 mile and should not cost more then $ 11.00. that cab company will not get any business from me. Drivers are dishonest. overall a wonderful stay,

Restaurant was to pricey

Large, new, very clean and well-appointed airport hotel with handy shuttle. A ton of construction happening around the hotel but also located next to Dania shopping mall, an open air shopping area with shops and restaurants. It's a short walk to outlet style shopping, which isn't a bad thing to do when you are waiting out a layover!

Construction on one side of the hotel makes it feel a bit desolate when approaching from the back road, but the other side reveals a brand new complex which is super handy.

The hotel is really new, so everything is very nice and modern. They have a transfer to the airport every hour, which makes it a great option if you have an early flight to catch, as it was our case.

we had no help with our luggage to our room. Since we had a lot of luggage, help would have been nice. Instead they offered a stroller.

I loved the all-American buffet but was disappointed it was only on the weekend. I do not remember seeing this posted online. The location is superb, and the property is spotless.

The pool was great and it wasn’t over crowded. Breakfast was delicious!

There wasn’t much readily available to do nearby. most activities required a decent drive out. although three people were booked in the reservation, we only had two breakfasts included.

room was excellent- newly renovatd bathroom was excellent. bed excellent near to excellent dining.

reception misinformed me about shuttle timing- i discoverd a 530 shuttle by accident afte being told the 6 am shuttle was earliest.
