The property was in a great location, very clean and the staff was very helpful and I love my room.

I was traveling for a cruise and needed a place to park my car, if I was told that we would have to pay our way to and from the cruise ship which was more than the cruise parking for the week If I had known that it was going to cost me $53 to park my car at the hotel plus $40 round-trip to the cruise port then I would have parked my car at the cruise port for $17 a day it was much cheaper. This was very disappointing. I was only told it was $10 to park per night. The information that was left out was very important information.

My husband and I stayed there two nights before going on a cruise. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Each morning there was something different added or put in place of the day before. The front desk Host, I believe her name is Kris, was EXCELLENT!! In the evening they opened a Tiki Hut serving drinks by the pool. I so enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend this facility.

Everything was good. I would not change one thing about my experience at this facility.

The gorl who worked our floor was very nice and willing to give is extra towels and toilet paper wven though she wasn’t cleaning our room that day.

Breakfast was just okay. We were on vacation and some days we couldn’t do that fake egg thing. And they never had bacon always some other meat. We were disappointed we didn’t get room service clean up at least every other day. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.

The location was great. You can walk to restaurants convenience store almost across the street. Staff was very friendly and called me by my name.

No food except small breakfast. The Tiki bar opened at 5 and closed at 10. When it opened it was really low on alcohol. The thing that I did not like at all is…… they need to hire a different shuttle service. I paid $8 to get a shuttle to the port so I could get on my cruise and when he was 45 mins late I called an Uber. They were there in 3 mins and took us straight to the port.

The kindness of all staff was incredible ! Everyone was willing to help & so nice ! Amy & Chris (front desk)were fabulous & exceptional

Inside room both HVAC could use some cleaning ( could see lots of layers dust on top of vents- living room & bedroom.

What I liked the most was Larry at the front desk on Sunday morning. We had a few things we needed to be ready for our cruise and he was very helpful.

The pillows are not really comfortable, but I figured out how to punch it into what could work.

The hotel's proximity to the cruise port and area restaurants is great!

Restroom in our room was tiny and could have used some updating.

The room was clean and the location was great. The staff was super friendly.

The pillows where too soft for my liking. The breakfast was subpar to others I have had a comparable hotels. The working of the fan in the room took a minute have a master switch that killed all lights and fan isn't what I am accustomed to having.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the pool side tiki bar and seating area. Perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Dining area and breakfast was good.

Paying for parking while a guest

Don’t like that your final cost is not reflected when you opt to stay at hotel: there were parking fees no one talked about @ $10 per day; would have been nice to know; an additional $129 in taxes above and beyond Room taxes. WRONG NOT TO INFORM CUSTOMER
