I like the value and the location easy to just stop in and take off from and the staff was patient when others were waiting he made sure i was done with first thank you and keep it up cause I'll be by again.

Not enough pillows or towels and wash clothes when you have four and they only have Two and know coffee pot or ice bucket and after 10 pm you could hear the people next door

Took forever for someone to meet us at the door to let us in to check in waited well over 10 mins

The room did not have the air conditioner on when I arrived. I arrived after work, a 12 hour shift and it was late in the evening. I wanted to go to sleep, but the room was so hot I did not fall asleep until 2am. I had to be up by 8 AM. The location is not the best part of town. I would not recommend this location for a family. The area was expecting a hurricane and it truly was the only bed in town. I am grateful for a bed, and not having to sleep in my car during a storm. The room was clean, and quiet. If the location were in a better part of town, and the air conditioner was on prior to my arrival, I would have no complaints.

The beds were very uncomfortable and sheets not clean, hard as rock old pillows, no ice or vending machines, and the wifi didn't work half the time. The motel caters to the immigrant workers who drink and party all night right outside our room and had to ask them several times to lower their music or take their party to another room. Which they claim to not understand us but They moved down one room door and continued until I threatened to call the police on day 3 out of a 4 day stay. The last night they were quiet.

There were no other Hotels available in the Tampa, or along the beaches, in the Florida area. This was during the Memorial weekend. I needed a room for one night. I found this historical motel on google. For the price and what was out there. This was the perfect spot before heading back to NC. The gentleman made me feel right at home. I will take good customer service over 5 star anyday. It was quiet and very convenient from the main Rd. Perfect when you can't find anything else in the area. I will go back if this ever happens again. It's not fancy, but, I felt safe and comfy.

The bed was not as comfortable as the one at home. But, I still rested well. The metal bed frame at the foot of the bed was a little annoying. I kept bumping into it. The air could have been a little cooler. But, it was not hot.

Property is located in small quiet town near local attractions and restaurants. Safely off of any major highway.

The property has some people who lack respect for others . Had to deal with noise from tenants who must stay there full time.

Good location for our purposes.

It was a little noisy, but not at a complaint level.
