Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Grand Junction-Airport, an IHG Hotel

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Newer hotel, well maintained. We didn't try the restaurant, prices seemed a bit high but we were on a budget for our road trip. If I had been traveling for business I'm sure it would have been a time saver. Holiday Inn hotels are pretty consistent quality and this one lived up to that standard in my opinion.

Right next to the interstate hwy there was some traffic noise on the side of the hotel our room was located. But not terrible, and it didn't effect our ability to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper and sensitive to vehicle traffic noise it might be worth requesting a room on the other side of the hotel.

The staff and the cleaning teams were honest and very helpful. The gentleman manager or supervisor was out of this world and very welcoming, the lady supervisor who picked me up from the Airport was a great person and the best reason why I have accepted to come back in 2023. The driver who assisted us with directions and general information was a Gem. Our stay was of the best value 100%. Excellent team.

Nice looking property, clean, location, pet-friendly, friendly and helpful staff.

As with everyone, they are short-staffed. Only one server was working breakfast so it took quite awhile, but she was very friendly. This might be an odd thing to not like, but the sheets on the bed were "short." We weren't able to pull them up, but instead had to scoot down in the bed.

Good location - Close to restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores I love the Holiday Inn policy of giving you common items that were forgotten while packing (like shaving cream or a toothbrush)

When did Holiday Inn stop serving free breakfast?? Major disappointment. Like caffeine-free diet Coke. Our room's description said "king room". I have a king bed in my home. No way that bed in the Holiday Inn was a king.

It was a very nice hotel with all the amenities we were interested in..the breakfast was good and there is a bar on site. My room was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I didn't like that my card was pending charges of everyday i was staying instead of just 1 charge...it scared me because when you look at your bank history in your phone app it shows you getting charged like 3 times. The front desk assured me that won't happen and there were alot of guest that were having the same situation

Location was good although you had to drive a little to nearby restaurants. Quiet and a little secluded. Even though it was near the airport, I didn't notice any plane noise. Room was very comfortable and huge for me. Bathroom was clean and had lots of room. Breakfast was restaurant style and an additional charge but the price was very reasonable. Staff was very helpful which made my stay enjoyable.

Everything was great and wonderful.except my AC unit kept making this sharp thud sound every 10 to 15 minutes. I got used to it eventually but it was annoying. I considered requesting another room but I was already situated and that king bed was so comfortable.

We loved the friendliness of the front desk staff. We liked the roominess of the room and the walk in shower. It was quiet and felt very private. We enjoyed the pool. It was also convenient to I-70 which made traveling to and from the Palisade Peach Festival relatively easy.

We were shocked to find out that daily housekeeping was only upon request. We were not notified if this on check in. The staff accommodated us when we voiced our needs but that could have been avoided with some information upon check in. We also could have used a site map of the hotel, we had to find things on our own.

Plenty of parking and big rooms.

My wife and I came down for dinner, we sat at the bar but service was terrible, lady disappeared for a while, we wanted to pay and didn’t know what to do so we sat and ordered take out, about 20 minutes later she came out and we just paid for the 2 drinks, wanted dinner and more drinks but it wasn’t going to happen.

Everything! The room was very spacious.

My brother is in a wheelchair and I asked for a bathroom with handicap bars to help him. My request was honored, and I truly appreciated it. However, it was still very difficult for him to get in and out of the tub. I think walk-in showers would be better.

Nice pool, only 2 rooms are allowed for an hour. You can make a reservation. Nice beds, great location

Breakfast was included, however more than half of the guests chose not to wait. It's in the hotel restaurant, sit down, order type of breakfast. We waited at least 15min to be seated, another 30 for food to be ready and waitress even that she wrote down the orders kept coming back to ask what we ordered. My kids had waffles, I had eggs. My kids got food first mine came 10min later, without toast. Toast arrived, when I finished eating. There was only 4 tables occupied. Waitress was very nice, but it felt she also cooked the food, she was really busy. Don't plan or buy the option of having the breakfast on the property, lot of guests left because they wanted to get on with their day
