Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins

We liked the host, Scott - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable. The outside courtyard was a nice touch. We used it twice within our 20-hour stay.

The light in the sink area was not bright enough. The bathroom fan was very loud; otherwise, it was very good.

Location. Very quiet for working. Walkable for both food options and through nice residential neighborhoods.

Breakfast and food and beverage services were limited. Guest laundry was out of service.

The staff was kind and accommodating - really excellent. Everyone I talked with for any reason was really sweet and quick to respond. Good location - there is pretty much everything you might need nearby. Decent price. Very clean.

If you have a lot to carry or are disabled, be sure to request a ground floor room (there is only one elevator on the far end of the hotel that goes up to the second floor, so if you're disabled or carrying a lot, if your room is on the second floor, but the opposite end, that could be difficult).

Breakfast was all I needed, it was perfunctory. I only found the courtyard the second day, it was fabulous. I was there for a memorial for a friend I lost so the gentleness and helpful attitude of the staff was especially good.

The air conditioner was hard to get right, it’s not a steady source of cool air. It’s cold as hell, then it’s not, over and over. A model less powerful that ran steadily is much better. It’s true the average temp is where you set it but the variation is too great.

Breakfast was great, even with Bistro closed for COVID

We bought a King Room via bookings.com and ended up two Queen beds. The hotel told me that bookings.com does this, will sell a room that is not available. It was not a big deal for us, but could see it as a big deal for some people. I will be following up with Billings.com on this.

Nice, well kept hotel. Friendly front desk, nice little cafe inside, indoor pool with a nice view of the courtyard(we enjoyed that they had music playing), good Italian steakhouse right next door. Room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was nice and had Paul Mitchell soaps. Good price for everything as well. Definitely would recommend!

The host at the front desk greeted me with nothing but positivity and kindness. I would choose this location again just because of his customer service. Thank you to the entire team for making this stay possible.

The room next door to us seem to have needed a deep cleaning and there was large fan right by our door.

The location is very good. Close to retail stores, what is probably the best selection of food opportunities I have ever seen, and automotive needs. The property and the surrounding area are very progressive appearing, clean, and appealing.

For my tastes, the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked; too hard. The Direct TV lost signal and was inoperative for an entire evening. This was due, however, to a very unusual winter storm during the first of September so that was kind of unavoidable.

This place was extremely nice. It was very clean. The staff was exceptional. There was a grab n go breakfast. The pool/hot tub area was clean and maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Personally, the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. However, it may not be that way for everyone.

If not for the fact that we were visiting family, I would have normally insisted on an in-room safe.

Breakfast was lousy. Don't know if it might have been better if not for the Covid constraints.
