Quality Inn near Rocky Mountain National Park

Every staff member I interacted with during my stay was very kind and welcoming. Great customer service! The parking was very convenient and made loading and unloading our luggage very easy. We loved our view from the hotel room. We saw an elk and two deer from the patio. My family and I booked two rooms and asked for the rooms to be by each other. The hotel granted our wish. It was so nice to sit on the patio after a long day of activities, enjoy the view and chat with my family. This was very important to me and I really appreciated it. The hotel location was very close to to everything in town but far enough to avoid the downtown traffic. My family and I enjoyed walking to the lake. We were even able to walk to the marina from the hotel to enjoy activities around the lake.

The breakfast looked okay but we decided to eat elsewhere. It was not quite what I expected when I read hot breakfast. The rooms were clean but had a weird smell when we first got there. It might have been because the A/C had been turned off. We bought a candle and the room smelled fine after that.

Finally, a hotel that provides more than 1 suitcase stand! A rarity for sure. The beds were comfy and the shower had nice water pressure. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful. I liked that we could sit inside or on the patio. I also liked the assigned parking, ensuring we would always be close to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Although our room was nicely sized, there wasn't enough room for our 4 suitcases to be set up in areas that were not "trafficways". I felt like we were always dodging suitcases when moving about the room. I think this could be due to us having a balcony room - the balcony doors took up space where we would have normally set up our suitcases.

We asked for a breakfast bag instead of the actual breakfast (we wanted to go to the NP early in the morning) which was a bit disappointing because it consisted of two halfs of a bagel which didn’t appear fresh anymore(in my case one half bagel and one half of something else), peanut butter and jelly, an apple (nice on the outside, less nice on the inside) and a joghurt. As some people prefer something salty for breakfast, maybe they should ask if somebody wants a ham and cheese sandwich or something similar instead of peanut butter jelly…

The staff were AMAZING!!! I was so pleased with how attentive & helpful in our vacation plans!!! I loved our stay mainly, because of everyone at the front desk!!! If it wasn’t for them, we would not have made it to RMNP!! They gave us cards to private tour / hiking guides, which they highly recommended Kep Expeditions (Brian) who turned out to be AMAZING!!! No exxavggerstion! In addition, I enjoyed their warm breakfast they include as part of your stay. I love how they have coffee & tea available throughout the day & night. They have a filtered water refilled in the hall, which is great! The hotel isn’t modern or high-end, but overall such a great stay & value!

The hotel isn’t high-end, do the shampoo, conditioner, etc they provide are not great quality. The AC had to be very low to feel cool in the room. Other than this, NO real issues! The above are not major issues.

Hotel is fine, room was clean with enough space, assigned parking spots-very good idea, breakfast good, good wifi. Balcony always good option!

Breakfast starts at 6.30 am, We had timed entry passes starting 6 so I was worried to enter the park in my time window. Didn't get late but since the Park started time entry I felt like many people were worried about the same waiting for breakfast. Everyone knows that hikers start day early so breakfast should start at 6am.

I thought the breakfast was excellent. There was so much variety!

We were in a room where there were people up above us. They had a child that ran constantly and you could hear him/her jumping. Late at night we heard people walking around and up at 4:30 am walking. I got practically NO sleep so I was very droopy all day the next day. The front desk told me next to ask for a room where there wouldn't be anybody above me. The front desk was super about it.

For the size of the property, it's exceptionally well maintained and clean. It's on the main road from Ft. Collins and perfectly situated to access RMNP from either the East or North. The assigned room parking is very convenient and assures you don't have to plan your day around parking availability. The complimentary breakfast is excellent.

It was expensive for "off season," especially for the size of the room. The beds are really firm so for fans of those types of mattresses, this will please you.

It was our first time in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park, and we made this hotel our basecamp which was the best decision. The location is perfect, not far from the busy areas but still won't miss the action. Our room was big and comfortable and all facilities were in good shape. The staff at the front desk was always helpful, gave us very nice recommendations in what to do. Thank you for making our experience memorable!

The location is perfect, nearby to Estes Park town center, with a view of the mountains. The people who work here are really nice, and the breakfast was actually really good. The room was very comfortable, and convenient to have the car right in front. There were deer hanging out nearby in the morning. It was very relaxing to stay here and so convenient for the Rocky Mountain National Park.

There was a spider in our room, but that's understandable given the setting, I was able to get it out of the room with a cup.

Great location for exploring RMNP and Estes Park. The room was a good size and comfortable, glad we had a bathtub, microwave, and mini fridge. We also had a lovely view of the mountains from our balcony. The hot breakfast had a good variety and quality. The front desk staff were very helpful in explaining how to get into and around RMNP and they were friendly.

For a Quality Inn the room was insanely overpriced at over $250 per night. I would never expect to pay that amount for a hotel like this.
