The area felt safe and was quiet. Hotel is Modern and I p to date. Very clean. Bright, open, airy. A lot of different spaces to relax (lobby and little courtyard has comfortable seating, fire pit and corn hole). Small store for snacks and necessities. Ice cold, fruit infused water available in the lobby. Very nice gym. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. TV equipped with Netflix (need to sign in with an account). The room had a fridge and microwave wave that were both in cabinets. Lights, outlets and charging ports are strategically placed throughout the room. Breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the oat milk option for coffee and cereal. The area was maintained well during breakfast. Quick 20 min walk from Union Station- we felt safe for the majority of it (95%). Alternatively, it is a 5 minute Uber ride. 10 minute walk to LoDo for shopping, many restaurants, coffee, etc. A lot of Lime/Lyft scooters and bikes can be found near the hotel and on the way to LoDo- we took advantage of these almost everytime we walked. After staying in an Airbnb in Aurora for a few days, we stayed here after our flight was delayed and we felt as though we found the best part of Denver! We would stay again!

The only tiny complaint is that when we were relaxing in the courtyard mid morning there was nice background music playing and when the on site restaurant opened across the parking lot, they turned their music on as well. Maybe this wouldn’t bother some, but I felt overwhelmed with the competing music.

Excellent location, easy to walk to Larimer Square and 16th Street, as well as to uber to Museums, Botanic Garden, Aquarium. Better value than hotels a few blocks away on other side of Cherry Creek. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast had several options, we particularly liked the vegetarian burritos. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The fitted bed sheet was a bit too small for the mattress and had to be repositioned several times after coming off.

No pool, but I should of checked before booking. Also I told the front desk person it would be beneficial to label foods with nuts during breakfast. My 15 yr old has a severe allergy to walnuts and the muffin she picked up to eat contained walnuts. She is very responsible and thought to ask before she ate it and then thew it away. Other than that the stay was great.

very good location regarding the main spots in the city (Larimer street is just across the bridge, you reach the 16th in 5-10 minutes, Union Station is about 10-15 minutes by walk, the same for the convention centre or the arts complex). very big and well-cleaned bedrooms a very good breakfast (good choice of cereals, fruits, hot food such as waffles or burritos for instance) great big lobby

it would be nice if just behind the door of the bedroom there would be something to hang coats when you enter the room.

I checked in close to midnight and had 2 very tired kids with me. The gentleman at the counter was so helpful and accommodating. He made it a quick process but made sure I knew where I was headed in the morning for my conference. The blackout curtains were so nice for napping kids!!

It would be nice to have water stations on each floor.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We were staying to visit Meow Wolf, and we could easily walk there which was awesome! They also welcomed our pet parrot who always travels with us!

Unfortunately, there is no pool which is usually a pre-requisite for my kids. The close proximity to Meow Wolf made up for this deficit however.

The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Every question was answered efficiently and quickly and always to my satisfaction. The bed was very comfortable! Our room was very quiet. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. In the lobby you could buy sweet and savory snacks, frozen meals for the microwave and a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks.

We paid more for a room with a mountain view. In practice, the window was relatively small and only if you clung to the window and looked left could the mountains be absorbed. Not worth the extra charge. The shower door did not close completely which led to the bathroom floor always being wet.

Great location and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

My room was in the exact opposite area I always request which was a bummer because I know it’s easy to accommodate, I’ve never had issues having a room towards the end or corner but I did get upper floor which was good.

Location to ball arena is great. Location is safe. Enjoyed comp breakfast water and coffee. Convenience of market. Restroom near bed was weird as sharing with friends can hear everything! Rooms are spacious! Beds comfy decent size TV. Nice shampoo conditioner.

Rooms are noisy can hear everything in halls! Sink was slow running.

Location is spectacular - close to Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and so many shops and restaurants. The restaurant next door was fabulous to have a couple of drinks and munchies

The only minor complaint I have is the water pressure in the showers could be a little harder.
