Colorado Springs Marriott

The breakfast buffet was superb. My granddaughter wanted pancakes and they were more than willing to serve them since they were not included on the buffet. By the way, I tried them and they were the best pancakes I have ever had. Your wait staff was very friendly and on top of their service. I was very impressed.

Pool could have been open, but that was not your fault.

Service was great! Rooms were clean. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool!!

Cost. The rooms are double the cost that they were a year ago. I love the Merriott in Colorado Springs, but $240 for a room, is a bit steep for my family. We were given a double room when we booked a queen room. Front desk made the change though and were accomodating.

Beautiful CLEAN hotel and rooms, very modern and up to date. Staff was lovely and the facilities on sight exceeded expectations. Very convenient location in area, would absolutely stay here again.

We did show up later in the evening for our stay but parking was pretty minimal at the time.

The staff was very friendly; the room was spacious, arranged well, clean, and comfortable. The fitness center was great. Outside the hotel was well landscaped. Enjoyed the view from our window. The area around the hotel was nice; enjoyed the short hike up the hill to see the pretty view.

It was a little pricey. I understand that a restaurant is on site, but it would have been nice to have some complimentary breakfast options especially considering the cost. The outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool and pool area was a bit dirty.

Great breakfast - many choices, staffs are friendly. I like that this hotel located next to the nature trail and great mountain bike trails. Will be back with our mountain bikes. We get the upgraded room (corner room) from Bonvey member. The room is clean, equipped with 2 big flat screen TVs. The bed is soft but firm, we had good sleep. Nice outdoor sitting area. Recommend this hotel for family and people who love hiking & biking.

Overall excellence.

Room service staff shortage and inability to make rooms ready resulted in our group not being able to check in until almost 8:00pm. The front desk staff was wonderful about keeping us informed about our wait, providing vouchers for drinks and appetizers while we waited and ultimately comped our breakfast during our visit. We experienced similar staff shortages at most restaurants and attractions during our stay on Colorado in July.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the restaurant, lobby, and our room. The staff was friendly and provided great service. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location and how easy it was get to some of the attractions we were interested in. Having a full restaurant and bar onsite was also a plus. The food was amazing and didn’t have to drive after indulging in a few drinks.

I didn’t like not having a microwave in the room. Having to ho downstairs to warm food was a bit of an inconvenience.

I’ve never been taken care of so well! I did not meet a single staff member who was rude. I was genuinely sad to have to leave!

The water was turned off from 11a-4p every day that we were there which was a little frustrating, but the staff kept us posted on this matter and it got us up and out of the hotel each day!

Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast buffet very good.

They did not have the maid staff to clean rooms and we had to wait until 7 pm to get into our room. The front desk staff was very apologetic and they discounted our room rate and gave us vouchers for food. I felt very bad for them because other guests were angry, and the manager was cleaning rooms. They explained that due to Covid, they can’t find people to work.
