Great size of property, two big bathrooms and a large living area. The garage was big enough to fit our outlander in it. The area was reasonably quiet after 10pm. A lovely attractive property with a good sized kitchen. There are a number of shops and gas stations nearby which was ideal for us and it was lovely to see the Hollywood sign as we turned out of our road :) The sites in LA are all a short drive away - Griffiths Observatory, the walk to fame and others. The hot water takes 5-10 minutes to get to the taps as it has to travel up from the garage - but once you realise that, it's plenty hot.

The kitchen could have used a couple more pots and pans to be able to cook. I guess the assumption is that people will eat out but our diet means we can't do that. The instructions sent during the stay are generic so were slightly misleading - e.g. make sure you leave the keys or you will be charged $250 (we didn't have any keys for the property, it's entirely keyless) which was sometimes confusing.

New, hip colors and design, large rooms with small standard fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Great pool and hot tub. Good choices at included breakfast-an egg sandwich or omelette, hard-boiled eggs, cereals, bagels, English muffins, toast, doughnuts, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, peanut butter, Nutella, cream cheese and jam. Belgian waffles. Coffees and hot H2O available all day. Workout room. Housekeeping when you want/need it, not everyday.

They overcharge you then, hopefully, refund you if no damage or charged items. They already HAVE my credit card #, why overcharge?!?

I like how friendly and accommodating all the staff are. You can ask the staff anything! Also ALL THE AMENITIES! In the rooms and throughout the hotel are amazing! You can literally just bring your clothes! I have teenage kids and the workout room, the pool and jacuzzi, and the patio with the BBQ grills had them over joyed! Our suite had everything home has but a stove! A dishwasher and dishes with all utensils, a standard fridge, a sink, microwave, 2 cup coffee maker and even a TOASTER! Plus free self serve breakfast 6am - 10am! What's not to love!

I loved this place soo much, my one and only dislike was the bed. The bed was a lil bit hard. But, I personally have bad back problems. This will not deter me from making this place my go to hotel when we come to tracy!

The location was perfect for us. We visited our daughter and son-in-law in Tracy, and their home was in walking distance. Just a great location for us. It just so happened we had to make a trip to Kaiser Medical Offices and there it was, right up the street.

it was very nice and clean. the staff was amazing. my fiancé and I stay at the one in Hayward and we love it. it was awesome to stay at the hotel in Tracy. our room was so nice. and when we walked in our room on the tv it said “Welcome Janis” it was great. we would stay here again.

Location is close to highway, restaurants, and shopping. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lounge area is nice and the rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is good but limited. Like that fact that this a pet friendly hotel.

Reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and received a confirmation email from Hilton. This room was not available at check-in and the only rooms available were king size beds with a sofa rollout bed.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

There was paws prints in our room. We didn't bring our dog. It could have been cleaner. Also, someone left the heater on. Our room was hot when we first walked in. It's summertime.

it was very spacious and clean. The employees were so helpful and accommodating.

The location was a little tricky depending on the direction you were coming from.

Upon check-in there should be a conversation about additional charges being held on your credit card that exceed the booking costs.

I liked that the GREY HAIRED WOMEN SEEMED TO BE WELL INFORMED AS FAR AS HOW TO PLAY 😶

I didn't like the guests LICENSE PLATE GAMES OR THE DECALS BONNIE CLYDE ON THE "CHARGER" GAMES ALSO MERC GAMES AND DEAD CRICKETS 5150 SKAT HEAD TRIPPIN AND THEY ALLOWED PEOPLE IN MY ROOM THAT WERE NOT TO BE THERE WHILE I WAS NOT THERE.
