The location is ideal! Right in the middle of everything, so close you could walk! We loved the tub, it was so relaxing and I would recommend to all couples! They placed 2 cute little towel swans on the bed and we thought that was a very nice gesture! Room was very clean and cozy!

The towel situation was very strange I've never stayed somewhere where they will charge you for getting makeup on the towels, we knew this ahead of time and brought 2 of our own towels and hand towels. Also the office was not on site but next door at Heavenly Inn, this wasn't really an issue just thought some people would like to know ahead of time, we directed a couple people as they arrived confused like we did. Other than those small things eveything was great and fortunately we did not get charged for anything extra, overall we would stay here again!

Great location, about a 10 min walk to Harvey's and harrahs casino. Very close to all thr stores. Jet tub worked well and interior was updated. Water came out very hot for shower which is good. Room AC unit was small. On a very hot day it may not work as well.

The bed was on the harder side than what we are used to. Id say this bed is medium to hard firm. But not firm enough to where we couldn't sleep. Mostly clean, but we didn't find a few hairs in the bed and bathroom area.

It’s a nice area, close to heavenly village but not too many people around right next to you in other buildings. Would love to be able to use the fire pits but those are probably only on during the warmer season.

Our floor felt a little dirty and our shower did not drain. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear other showering or running the bath tub around you.

Our room was everything we expected! I loved the jacuzzi, the bed was comfortable, the mirrors were pretty cool. The swan towels and champagne bucket were a nice touch! Outside, they have a fire pit so you can go outside and sit around the fire. The location is so close to everything to keep you entertained and fed. Such a great and relaxing experience!

The fireplace in our room wouldn't turn on the first night, and we did arrive late due to an accident on the highway so we couldn't resolve it that night. After we told the staff about the issue the next morning, they fixed it.

First of all, property was very easy to find. The staff was very very friendly and accommodating. Needed an office table in my room and they were willing to provide that. They also took the effort to show me the room even though it was not ready yet. The room was super clean. The spa tub was definitely a plus, enjoyed it a lot! And the fireplace looked nice. To sum it up, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Super comfy room. Furnishings are modern. Perfect location for a first anniversary. In room hot tub was really nice as was the gas fireplace. A champagne bucket provided? Absolutely adored it. cute outdoor seating area

Noisy. The motel boasts no kids, pets or noise before 12 but the maid cart was rattling around at 9. Loud trucks in the parking lot, people playing music in the courtyard. Sounded like someone was dragging a ladder through the lot at 3AM.

great location, comfortable bed, room cleaned everyday and super hot water.

We were on the ground level and could hear absolutely everything the people on the top floor were doing, walking, in the bathroom, they’re alarm etc. The shower had no glass or curtain so the water got everywhere and leaked into the room.

Jacuzzi was great. Fireplace made the whole room cozy. The location was great too, near the center of everything, made it easy to find a place to eat and grab some necessities from the store. Parking was not a problem too.

We literally can hear people from next door setting the temperature for the AC (beeping sound). Can hear people clearly along with the footsteps when they’re passing by our door. ( We we’re upstairs).

Amazing value for money! The jacuzzi bath was wonderful, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. Wifi was reliable and fast. Great location, could walk down to the shore of Lake Tahoe. Fire in the room was a cosy addition!

The room was a little small and there was no microwave although it was listed on the room facilities.
