the location and the valet parking was great even though the valet parking is really expensive. the rooms were exceptionally clean and big enough for us. the complimentary coffee in the rooms was great, the one in the lobby definitely not.

our room was on the first floor and on the same level as the courtyard. to have some privacy we had to keep closed the window sheets all day and therefore the room was very dark the whole day without daylight. at the lobby it was not possible that somebody refilled the hot water for tea even though we asked the employees around.

I stayed for two nights. The room was great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good quality toiletries. My room was across the elevator on the 2nd floor. Surprisingly, I did not hear much noise. I had a good night sleep. The hotel staff were very nice and professional. Hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to the Fishermans Wharf, Ghirardelli Chocolate company and the San Francisco Brewery. Lots of restaurants and bars a few blocks away on Columbus Avenue. I was traveling solo and felt safe walking around the area in the evening.

Fairly new hotel - it felt clean and comfortable. Liked the inner courtyard, with table tennis and other games available for our kids. Free guest laundry facilities proved to be an added bonus on our roadtrip.

Lack of breakfast’s at the hotel (I recommend trying Pat’s Cafe). Price of parking: although in par with what is usually charged in San Francisco, I think that USD 220 (incl. taxes) for 3 nights is simply outrageous.

I’ll be honest. My wife and I are “hotel snobs.” I saw some recent reviews with some people complaining about some things, after we had already booked, so I started getting a little concerned. From the moment we stepped in the lobby, the staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. The room was VERY clean And again, we are VERY picky people. Anytime I needed anything, the staff jumped to help us. The room had a fridge, access to HDMI and storage space. We also were very impressed with the safety techniques installed there from locking the lobby door at night (we loved), to having to use your room key card to use the elevator and lobby bathroom (we really loved this also!). Plus it was close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square (2/10 of a mile maybe?!?). Also we loved the Walgreens RIGHT across the street (convenient if traveling and you forget something!). Traveling back to SF we won’t even look anywhere else, we know where we are staying!

The rooms were a “little” small but at the same time, we had a family with large suitcases so we really need more of a suite style room when traveling, but this didn’t bother us by ANY means.

Ths staffs were very nice and kind. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable to stay. They offer complimentary coffee/tea and biscotti every morning and also complimentary laundry room with free detergent and dry sheets. Also they gave us some restaurants’ discount coupons near the hotel, which were excellent. It locates in very good place for tour. My family loved to stay at this hotel and hope to visit there again.

I have been all over the world and I must say this hotel was excellent - from the ambience on entry, the staff were all so friendly and professional- Pricilla esp was so vibrant and so welcoming. The hotel is very clean & comfortable rooms too. No restaurant but who wants to stay in when the location is by the Fisherman's wharf with lots of choices of restaurants and good vibes. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

One of the best hotels in our US tour! Location is great: at walking distance from Pier 39, Columbus Street, Lombard Street and other city points. The hotel design is very cozy. We appreciated the fruit flavoured water refils at each floor, the internal patio, where you can sit and relax, as well as the guest laundry, free of charge. Also the gym is really nice. There is nor breakfast neither restaurant service, but you can get food by apps and food is available nearby too.

We had a room at second floor, facing the street. Even though those rooms are equipped with a double glazing system (which unfortunately prevents from operating the windows for refreshing the room), to the aim of incresing the acustic insulation, noise from the street can sometime still be disturbing. Maybe the window acoustic insulation system in those rooms could be further improved (i.e.: more efficient gaskets for closing the air gaps and thicker glass panes). But the hotel is so nice to make this a minor issue.

The location was great. Near the Fisherman's Warf CVS supermarket and pharmacy just across the street. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Great housekeeping service. Rooms were very clean , big enough to accommodate 4 people , with nice modern decor. Small, but very nice complementary touches - free water refill machine in the lobby, coffee in the room and in the lobby, small snacks in the morning , even jelly belly beans. All these made our stay comfortable and pleasant.

The cost of valet parking is too high, could be more reasonable. The air-conditioning worked strange.

Location, size and cleanliness of the room, great facilities in the room and hotel, complimentary coffee and biscotti every morning, little Ghirardelli chocolates on arrival, and things they put on for guests during the day (mocktails, snacks, music – a nice touch).

Bit noisy in the hotel. Every door slams closed and some of the other guests weren't particularly considerate when using the hallways. Housekeeping, who were all very polite, start very early in the morning. One morning they knocked on our door at 9am. We were on holiday so not going to rush out every day.

The location was prime. The facilities were complete, except they don't have pool, but who needs pool in a foggy city 😉 they gave starbucks in room coffee machine. They also have water dispenser, that gives you options, the regular water, sparkling, or infused one. The cleaning service team were exceeding my expectations, they cleaned our rooms exceptionally flawless and spotless. Even in the laundry room, they gave washing soap for free. I loved this hotel so much!

Too bad the mattress were too soft.. we like a more firm mattress.
