Breakfast was simple, but great. Beds were comfortable, the room and hotel clean, staff very friendly and helpful, the locations was great. Easy to get around.

I didn’t read the fine print about the $25 per night parking charge. That took me off guard. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

Quiet place to stay, easy to get in and out of the hotel. Pool was nice. Staff was good. Near lots of places in California that we were able to experience.

Parking for $23 isn't right. I mean we are not located in a prime area, its off the freeway near nothing, basically an industrial area. Because of that, parking should be free because hotel price isn't very cheap.

Room was clean and quiet. I had what I needed.

The $25 per day parking fee was a nasty surprise, but when I complained, the clerk waived it. I really wouldn’t recommend imposing surprise junk fees on unsuspecting guests unless you’re just in the business to make a quick buck. If you want return business, this is a non-starter. I plan to return to this hotel in July, unless I cannot get the parking fee waived. If the parking fee is imposed, then you just lost my business. Include everything in the rate – no junk fees. Junk fees are a good way to ensure that you’ll get no more repeat business from frequent travelers.

Size of the room. The staff were awesome. Room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location was great and centrally located for the things we did.

The breakfast was horrible and not edible. If two teenage boys (who are always hungry) wouldn’t eat it that says something. Luckily there is a Starbucks in the same parking lot. What I was charged in the invoice is not what I was charged on my Credit Card. Waiting to see if there is an adjustment made.

Breakfast was good... a bit busy on certain days.

My Bonvoy membership was added at the hotel, but the parking discount wasn't correctly applied and I was charged the regular rate. I noticed this after I got home and saw the final invoice in my email. Frosted glass on the restroom and shower room door was add. Would have preferred a solid door for more privacy.

Very clean and spacious rooms. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. Staff from front desk to cleaning ladies are super sweet and helpful! We always choose to come back for our vacations. Super close to all. We bring our 2 furbabies and visit Dog Beach every time, which is close by as well. The complimentary breakfast was good too!

The rooms need larger trash cans, which is my only complaint.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures! It was very comfortable & so happy we had the breakfast included in our stay. SO worth it!!

There was a questionable guy roaming around our floor for a while.. he only spoke to us once but as we were a group of girls we just had to keep our guard up! Luckily, the front desk people were so nice & were able to help us feel safe!

Location was great, the lady who checked us in was also great!

The breakfast was below average. The eggs were watery and the sausage was absolutely disgusting. I am not a picky eater whatsoever. The sausage was not eatable. The breakfast staff was courteous but waited too long to replace the empty trays of food. When it’s low, it should be replaced. It should never be empty.

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was ok, same thing every day, no change, but there was plenty of it and it was replenished frequently. The lobby desk person, Karen, was great!! Very friendly and welcoming. All the staff were friendly.

We didn't like the restroom and shower doors in the room. We would have liked solid privacy doors instead of the doors that are currently in the room.

Extremely clean! Very attentive and efficient staff. Quality continental breakfast. There is also a Starbucks adjacent to the property! The pocket-size pool is perfect for children who may be novice swimmers. I was well-pleased with our stay.

The location isn't very scenic, however. It was safe and well-kept.
