The staff was exceptional! The location next to on ramp that we needed next day was great! Bathroom was perfect to handicapped. Easy to find and staff was available for checkin even at 1130pm.
None are deal breakers but... Small parking lot with only one way to go in and out. At night and then again in the morning, someone was yelling and cussing on the street, I believe. Not to prevent me from booking again, but the room was not like pictured.

It was en easy walk to the Little Italy District. The room was clean.
It was a little on the small side and the furniture was dated. The elevator is way small 4’x4’ so if you have more then a couple suite cases it’s tight tight. The parking is horrible. very few parking spots, so if you get one count yourself lucky. Once we got a spot, the car stayed right there and we walked and Ubered everywhere.

Nice room, comfortable bed, very quiet (room had good insulation), clean. well located. tv had many channels. Wonderful air conditioner. I had a good stay! Really liked my room.
It had no coffee machine and paper cups for coffee. Hotel seemed a little shabby from outside and going down hallways. Towels were the roughest I've ever felt.

The room was pleasant and quaint! The hotel was in a great spot as it was close to nice shops.
The rooms can use some updating. The cabinets and dressers were out of date and broken. The hangers to hold up clothes were of plastic and of various sizes and colors.

The price 3 times higher in the weekend.. so we have to move to other hotel. Lol The staff upgrade our room to suite. We are so happy. The weakness is just the water in bath tub also shower too, it is hard for bathe my baby because we bring our bucket.

Awesome location, walking distances to port, restaurants and many many attractions.
A young Russion girl was the only very nice and polite staff. Explained everything and professionnel. the other staff were rude acting and not professionnels, calling me to check out b4 11am. I told her it wasn't 11am and insisted it was. 15min b4 the time argueing. Not good !
