they have done the most they could with a hotel right next to the freeway. newly remodeled, super clean. They even gave us a Starbucks card because they had to give us a room with windows facing the highway. The ac drowned out the highway noise anyways, but this was such a sweet gesture!

The room was large, very clean and quiet. The microwave and refrigerator looked brand new and the bed was out of this world comfortable (including the bedding/pillows). The bathroom was very clean with upscale fixtures (no shower curtain, glass slider with not a spot on it). Did not use the pool, but looked well maintained just like the rest of the property. Especially loved the dog walking area; located in front so very secure, well lit, all grassed with beautiful rose bushes all along the area (was the length of the parking area). They offered a very large assortment from the breakfast bar and the entire staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

My only dislike (very petty one) when the air conditioning was on it was difficult to hear the tv and hated disturbing other guests by blasting it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway- we thought that a number of tourist attractions were at a comfortable distance. There was a plumbing issue during our stay and Lorena at the front desk was incredible helpful. Thank you Lorena. At the front desk, they shared recommendations to local restaurants which was helpful. They also gave us a printed guide to Lassen National Park when they learnt that we were visiting it the next day. Breakfast was good and provided us with a great start to the day. The pool was refreshing and an excellent evening experience. In all, it is good value for your money.

Being so close to the freeway, you could occasionally hear the noise in the room, but after turning on the A/C it didn’t bother us.

First and foremost, the desk person was fabulous making sure we were comfortable and offering suggestions for restaurants. The room was newly renovated, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious! The refrigerator larger than normally found in some hotels. Cleanliness was top notch! The light breakfast was adequate and well stocked.

The location was very easy to navigate to, however close to the interstate. We found as the night got later, the interstate traffic fell off considerably offering us the rest we needed. Regarding the mini breakfast, the offerings were mostly carbs and maybe offering something simple such as more yogurt flavors and maybe an addition of hard boiled eggs to offset the carbs. Finally, my only gripe is...maybe some softer towels. They were rather scratchy!

Very conveniently located right off the highway! Very quiet, considering it was so close to the highway!! Staff was friendly and efficient!! They made a big effort to keep breakfast offerings available despite the small space for a hungry crowd.

Not a thing! We rested well after a busy day on a comfortable bed, enjoyed their light breakfast offerings and check out was a breeze!

Room really nicely appointed, clean, furnishings and bathroom facilities seemed quite high-end and a good value. Staff seemed very helpful. Good location near freeway entrance/exit and Raley's supermarket and other stores along S. Main St. Plenty of parking, could get right by room.

Location is off a bumpy back street poorly paved, the isolation across the freeway from main city areas would seem to make it more safe than more central locations, and it felt quite safe, but a vacant lot with dumpsters next to the motel seemed to attract a few wondering homeless people, not a big concern but noticeable.

This hotel was much more than we excepted for the price! The nice lady in reception was very kind and helpful. We arrived a bit late, but she allowed us to rehresh on the pool for half an hour overtime. And the pool was nice and clear. The room was spacy, safe and clean. Parking place was big and easy to drive. As said, everything was more than we excepted. There was even a deasand breakfast included on the price. This was a place where we could have stayed gladly more than one night.

The air conditioner was loud... but they are!

The front desk clerk offered us our choice of a 1st or 2nd floor room which was much appreciated. We chose the 1st floor, because we had a number of things to carry into the room. Inside the room's door was an entry area and the bathroom and sleeping areas split off from there. There was an ante room to the bathroom where there was a storage bench with hooks, iron and ironing board. There was plenty of space to put suitcases and other stuff there, so they wouldn't clutter up the bedroom part. The bedroom part was roomy and comfortable. It was nice to have the separation of areas. The whole space was clean, nicely decorated, and well-kept. The breakfast was simple with cereals, pastries, microwaveable breakfast burritos, toaster waffles, yogurt, fruit, and juices. This place changed my preconceived notions of Days Inn, and I'm ready to consider staying at another one in the future.

Once again, an excellent experience. The room, the facilities, the overall atmosphere very comfortable. I was a little concerned about quietness as my room faced the train tracks, but I did not hear any trains!

I did have an issue with the shower sliding doors, specifically the inside door did not want to move easily. As I was moving it forward it came off the track and it was exciting. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and the matter was taken care of that day!

The mud room type of area near the bathroom was a very nice design and very user friendly. I wish the shower head was a wand style but that's just my preference

Our room was facing the freeway but we could sleep through anything but I could see if you're a light sleeper it could affect thier sleep
