Very cute, refurbished motel. Very clean, beautifully kept grounds & wonderful hot spring pools & tubs. Rooms were comfie- & cozy- beds were great. It was a true delight to spend time here- in the beautiful pools, amongst the lovely plants, palm trees & cacti! Had nothing but great interactions with staff- would love to come back!

Wished their was a tv in the room. Disney know about bringing a tablet to watch a show. Continental breakfast could offer more variety (change it a little each day)- would’ve been great to have a few warm options (eggs, breakfast meats, etc). Surprised they had coffee mate as a creamer- that stuff is horrible for you - offer real 1/2 & 1/2 and coffee could be a little more robust/better tasting. It was abnormally cold/windy while we were there- they should turn the heat up in their pools when it’s cold out. But all in all, a great stay- just a few details to offer critique.

Loved the breakfast - great french press coffee in rooms, so peaceful and calming. Quality bedding, cool crisp cotton sheets and duvet. A wellness getaway. Loved the healing waters of the resort proprietary aquifers. Loved how small resort is, only 14 rooms.

No elegant restaurants within the near proximity, however, we found delicious take-out Indian food we loved, and made our own healthy meal in our kitchenette.

It is a beautiful property. It is calm and serene. I loved the pool and the jacuzzi. Awesome jets.

The curtains were hanging off the rods and other little things, which showed that it isn't managed well. It is too much money for the quality of the room.

It’s a small private retreat. It’s very quiet, every room is poolside, and the sauna and hot tub were very clean. Loved the pools, and the massages were excellent.

The beds were too soft for us, we were accommodated by trying a different room for our second night. Apparently the beds are just a few months old, but they’re definitely not firm.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The resort's pools seemed well-maintained and comfortable. The villa was comfortable and well sized. The whole place was quiet and felt private. Being adult only was nice too!

The villa seemed recently redecorated, which was nice, but there were signs of wear and tear. Plus, the villa wasn't as pristine as I would've liked when we arrived, but the resort staff made it right when I mentioned it. Checking out was tricky, but that happens sometimes in a group with split payments.

Beds are comfortable. Love the two saunas in addition to the variety of mineral pools with varying temperatures... Very nice landscaping and lots of beautiful plants everywhere. Continental Breakfast of delicious breads, fresh cut fruit, boiled eggs etc.. was great. Breakfast starts at 8 which is fine but it would be nice to have the coffee out a little earlier. Overall, we think it's the best spa hotel in desert hot springs.

It felt like the room needed some deep cleaning and refreshing..baseboards in bathroom really need to be cleaned. Also could use some shelves in bathroom as it doesn't have much counter space. Could use more hooks in room so we could dry out towels instead of having to keep using fresh towels. Shower tub was very nice. Plenty of water.

The massage was incorrectly scheduled and was not a good experience. The front desk needs to be accurate when scheduling services and the therapist needs to ask to confirm. A lot of this was caused due to lack of communication.

Very serene, quiet and beautiful. You will love everything about this property. The staff is amazing. I can’t ask for a better place to stay.. the mineral pools and spa treatments are top rated..I wish everyone can experience this resort.. The 24 hour access to all amenities are definitely a plus.....

Recommendations: Have access to transportation. Uber and Lyft are not reliable because the property is pretty isolated. Purchase groceries before you get to the resort.

Beautiful grounds and very quiet and relaxing. Very helpful and positive staff.

Bookings description of the rooms do not match with the host’s. We thought we were getting a unit with a kitchenette but that was not the case. They let us use their microwave in the office so it worked out but better accuracy would be appreciated in the future.

The pools are great and very healing, loved the three different temperatures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super comfy bed. Spa services were also great.
