Best Inn Montebello

Room 204 was clean and looks remodeled and up to date. The wifi in this room worked great, I was working from the room and was able to work pretty comfortably throughout the day. I had no issues with my car parked over night in the parking lot which is always a good thing. The property is right off the Blvd and close to many shopping centers and restaurants which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I did not take photos of the lobby or the outside as it wasn’t anything worth capturing.

The property needs some exterior work, a repainting of the property would give it a newer more welcoming look. I did find a small dead roach in the sink which was not a nice sight to see but I imagine it made its way up the pipes because I did not see any roaches elsewhere.

Check-in was super easy, and the staff was really friendly. The parking lot is also very big, which is a huge plus. The rooms were renovated, and decorated nicely with their new furniture. I also liked that there were light sensors on the bottom of the bed, that way if you were to wake up at night to use the restroom, you wouldn't have to turn on any lights or struggle to find your way to the restroom.

Nothing, everything was good. Given the opportunity, I would book this hotel again.

I like the location, and price. The room is confortable. The place is quite. Has many parking space The room it clean, big,. I like that I got my room at the first floor,. I parked my car near my door

The toilet has problems with the floted. I had to fix it every time I used it. I looked for lamps, there no lamps in the room No courtesy water bottles

Fully updated room with a big tv. It was clean and the area (within 5 min driving) had a lot of places to eat and get groceries.

No hairdryer. A bit loud traffic in the morning. A very noisy AC, but it is to be expected. It's the same noisy ACs that's used everywhere.

The room looked as if it had recently been upgraded. Nicely done!

The hot water must be on timer as I had to wait a while in the morning to get hot water for a shower. The Office staff was not the friendliest. A little weird that the table and chairs had to sit over the heater/air conditioner. Not really enough room in the room for them.

It's an old building but the inside of the rooms are renovated. Clean, comfortable beds.

The address is wrong at Booking.com, that added about 30 more minutes to our 7 hrs trip. Noisy during the night since is located on a busy street.

Good bang for your $.comfy bed,clean ac/heater,cable TV + fast wifi ,cold mini fridge,table and chairs.brightly lit parking lot.

No breakfast the only issue was I booked a downstairs room because my son is disabled we had to take a room upstairs. He doesn't walk it was a little bit of inconvenience but overall I like the staff and management and the place is clean and close 👌

Unfortunately in the morning my husband did not had enough hot water when taking a shower.

there was nothing I didn’t like 16 mins from downtown, but it doesn’t feel like it. no sirens kind of an industrial area.
