over-priced, room old and run down, front desk crew a bit confused about us adding an extra day, need to take golf cart to get to lobby/valet, lack of room service/off hour food options

The room and bathroom were clean and big. Beds were comfortable. My husband went to the spa and had a relaxing time.

The adult pool is small and the drinks were way way too expensive for what you got! The breakfast buffet needs more variety. Ridiculous to charge for parking in addition to hotel rates.

Checking in was easy. All staff were professional from valet, doorman, and check-in associates. After speaking with the manager, Cameron, he was able to offer us an update grade to the mini penthouse. Mr Cameron was very professional, patient, and empathetic to our situation.

Was given the wrong room at check-in. Didn't have cold water waiting for arriving guest (it was 113 in Indian Wells, CA) Had to change the room after being given incorrect one (queen room with 2 queen beds reserved, got 1 king and a full) We were upgraded to the mini penthouse but had no microwave or ice maker in the room. Both phones in this room had static in them. Remote in bedroom needed batteries replaced and were inoperable. Insufficient self parking (I believe this facility allows day use to non guests who take up the self parking from guests). This resort should consider adding solar covering in the self parking lots. This would've provided guests shade from the intense heat.

We love coming her every year for the first week of summer vacation. My son love the slide and the pool. My girlfriend and I had one of the best margaritas we've ever had and enjoyed our time in the adult only pool. Excellent value for what you get. We'll be back next June.

The service in their restaurant has gone down. One of the hosts told me they were short staff. They were turning away guests, although there were a lot of tables available, because they didn't have enough help. This sucked because when you stay at this resort you don't really want to leave after a long day in the sun. We finally got served and the quality of food wasn't as good as I remember. Disappointing given how expensive this place can be

The water park is always a hit with my girls. They were baking firewood pizzas at poolside and had several activities for the children. The staff is always very polite and accommodating and do a great job at keeping the facilities clean even at full capacity.

It was CROWDED! Understandable for labor day weekend. Annoying yahoo behavior from guests not being respectful of others, and acting a bit intoxicated. Not the hotel's fault though. Very fun weekend. Definitely prefer going on a quieter date, but definitely worth it.

Property is lovely. Staff was gracious , helpful and accommodating. Room was very large and quiet. bathroom was large and clean. property is lovely and liked the adults only pool as there are many children using the waterpark area when school is out.

Check in for room key was overwhelmed, and there was a long line cutting into our room time. However, staff extended our check out time after request. Restaurant was also short staffed and we waited long time for meal but food was very good, Staff was apologetic and also comped us our huge dessert to compensate. High priced for off season and large crowd . Also lighting in bathroom could be brighter.

Very nice rooms and amenities. Liked that can contact customer support via text 24/7. There is a water dispenser with ice available at no extra charge which is nice.

No microwaves available and if you request it's a $20 charge. Families stay here for the resort for a few days and sucks that we can't heat up snacks or small bites conveniently. Also have seen guests enter pool area wearing full on normal attire with shoes (should only be bathing attire) and nobody asking them to leave. Very uncomfortable to see.

The facilities are great. There are plenty of pools and attractions for the kids. The water slides and the lazy river are super fun. Sitting areas were great.

Checking in was a mess. There was a long waiting line, and our room was not ready in time. We checked in at 6:30 pm rather then 4pm. The hotel did compensate us with free parking and waiver on the resort fee.

First time to this location. Water slides were great. Lazy river was a hit. Pools weren’t warm even though it was 100 out. Staff all were very nice. Food was good. More inside kid activities for after swimming would be nice.

Check was an hour later then promised time. It was busy so then lounge chairs filled up fast on 2 of the 3 days we were there. Sofa bed was lumpy.

The lazy pool was great for the kids, the water slides were awesome, and there was plenty of snacks and food for the kids. The staff was very helpful and kind, very accommodating.

Some of the food was either over cooked or old. I wish the food at the buffet was a bit more fresh, the croissants were old, the breakfast sausage was over cooked, and the sliders were too hard to bite into. Please check for fresher foods in the future. I wish the place would have crepes in the future.
