Very Clean Everywhere and staff were constantly working to keep it that way

Clean, large room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast (oatmeal, waffles, pastries).

Lousy front desk help! Extremely noisy room next door, constant loud talking for hours 2-4 AM! I called the front desk, they said they’d check, noise continued unabated. I had to call three more times and they finally sent someone to tell them to be quiet! I expect more when I pay $100 per night!

the breakfast, the Christmas tree, the easy parking and all of the staff were wonderful but one.

one staff member, who was there in the mornings put a dampener on things. He gave the impression he thought he was better than us and we were a chore to him. that said every other staff member we interacted with was excellent.

Breakfast was fabulous. The lady providing food was amazing running around, like a chicken with her head cut off. We constantly complimented her and thanked her for all that she was doing. Everything for breakfast was very good and fresh.

Likely because it was so warm outside the pool was not refreshing or cool.

It’s in a great location and it’s clean. I’ve stayed in the property several times and I like it.

The check in was not great. The agent was not friendly. I asked what side of the property my room was and he responded: I don’t know. I responded: you don’t know? and he replied rudely: yeah! I guess a little more training won’t do any harm.

very nice area close to stores like Walmart target Ross a lot of places to eat and Starbucks on every corner and the breakfast was great they should let it go to 11 am cause it’s 6-9 it’s a little early but we did it anyway they should serve a light brunch also that would draw more people to stay nice pool very quite no crazy people staff was good but they are young kids one person was a lil rude but I let it go cause everything else was great close to Disney land too love this place I would stay again very comfortable bed soft

that the breakfast didn’t stay open longer like 1030-11 cause it’s 6-9 and maybe they should serve a lunch brunch too that would help cause when you want to stay in and relax the people at Frount desk were kids one was rude no people skills

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs were good, oatmeal, ok, too many fattening pastries. I would have liked some good fresh fruit and some yogurt that is plain and has fruit at the bottom and is not using fake sugar. I am happy you offer breakfast.

I stay here at least once a month I like the location love that’s quiet and parking is free. there stores and restaurants right by it.

the room was dirty. toilet paper was used previously and not changed it had less than 1/4 on the roll left, there was no shower mat there, the hanging rack and shelf by the door was super dusty.

Size of the room, number of pillows and having a refrigerator were all good points that I enjoyed!

Changing room rates for an extended stay, that was booked in advance. No breakfast bacon or sausage.

Decent and clean swimming pool. Beautiful high ceiling in the lobby. Good location to shops and restaurant.

Breakfast was very "sugar" based - cereal, waffle, muffins, pastries and cake! One cereal had almonds that had no warning lables - hazard for nut allergies like my husband. Breakfast hours are very early 6-9. I only made it once.
