Embassy Suites Jonesboro - Arkansas State

Staying here was a wonderful experience. We were in the area for a football game, and the hotel was pretty full. Breakfast was great...the ladies who restocked food and the gentlemen at the omelet station were friendly and worked diligently to keep things running smoothly. Also, we let the staff know that the shower head in our room had a crack in it (nothing that needed immediate attention), but someone was sent to replace it not long after. I look forward to another football game in Jonesboro, so we can stay here again!

We love the Breakfast at the hotel. Mr. Shane, Pam, & Loretta provided exceptional hospitality. We had the opportunity to speak to the Executive Chef and he listened to us. We had so much luggage that the front desk personnel helped us unload and took it to our room and explain how to use the key on the elevator.

We had one TV remote for two TVs. I know it's probably economical but when one person is in the bedroom and another person is in the Living room watching and switching channels, it's bothersome. We did not request an additional remote and probably should have asked.

This is the official hotel of ASU football; it has a large bar and sitting area to chill, and a top restaurant attached. Houlihan’s makes their food from scratch on site with fresh quality ingredients, dinner was delicious.

The price -- this is the highest priced hotel in Jonesboro, and it is not even rated the number one hotel on trip advisor, when you filter by traveler's ranking. There are other hotel(s) I prefer to stay at when in Jonesboro -- I do not feel this one is a good value. ASU graduations, ASU football games the hotels sell out and unfortunately, I was traveling during one of ASU events and this was the only hotel still available -- probably due to the high price.

The lobby was beautiful and had live music. The reception with drinks and snacks was quite fun and gave an opportunity to meet people. The breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. The kids loved the pool and even had some pool toys.

The beds were surprisingly uncomfortable. My entire party was complaining of uncomfortable beds and sore backs the following morning with little sleep. The thermostat was programmed to 68 and couldn't be adjusted. I did, however, call the front desk to have it adjusted but it was still to warm in the room. It was a little disappointing that the hot tub was not functioning. I was really looking forward to relaxing after such a long day of driving.

Breakfast was very good, we ordered omelets from the cook. Lots of choices for food and it was all good. It was a nice hotel, fancier than what we've stayed in before. The room was clean and it was large with a separate living room/kitchen area.

Indoor pool area was cold, but the hot tub was nice. The elevator almost closed on one of my kids and didn't stop when he was standing in the way of the doors. It was extremely dangerous.

Very clean, nice rooms. The lobby was nice and comfortable. Free sit down breakfast was a good value.

The staff was very friendly, but may also be facing staffing shortages. The same person was making Starbucks drinks, checking out gift shop items and checking people in. There are no utensils in the snack area even though a lot of food items sold there require them. The only lady working was able to go to the restaurant and get some after trying to finish dealing with the front desk and making Starbucks drinks but we had to wait a long time with ice cream melting.

I love staying at the Embassy Suites in Jonesboro. It’s so close to the football stadium. The people are so nice and if you need anything they will help you. It’s clean and they allow pets. The food is great and everyone can eat for free in the morning. I stay for every football game and it’s nice because my son’s team stays there too. After a 12 hour drive they check you in fast and make sure you’re set for the night. They even set up a live band and tailgate for all the guests. I would not stay anywhere else!!!

Clean and rooms are big. Great bedding and the pillows are amazing.

I love everything it was lovely I never been somewhere so beautiful the view the location the workers was amazing and very helpful the rooms are great the beds very comfortable my baby had an amazing time and so did my guest I'll be coming back very soon

It's nothing I didn't like I hate I didn't get the time to work out the excise room is lovely

Perfect location for my daughter's graduation. We were able to walk right across the back parking lot to the ceremony! Our room was clean and very accommodating. Beds were comfy and room was dark and quiet for a good night's sleep. They also had Happy hour!

Location, friendliness of the staff, comfortable of the rooms.

I stayed here last year, and it was immaculate. A year later, you are seeing some wear. I really hope they maintain the facilities because it is an excellent location and a rather nice facility.
