clean and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I called with a concern with the people next door and they handled it.
outside doors therefore resulting in the neighbors slamming their door and smoking by our door. the manager handled the situation and it was resolved.

It was a nice hotel, the man at the window was polite And he had me checked in and handed me a key in less than 5 minutes! That’s a big thing for me, checking in. There’s nothing worse than sitting in a lobby for 45 minutes waiting to check in, it took less than 10 minutes to check in, move in and get in bed! Great job guys!

The refrigerator, hair dryer, tv, beds & pillows were all good! The water got nice and hot too.
I checked in, parked my car, and took my things to the room. My key "worked" but I couldn't open the door. I walked back to the office where the clerk told me to lift the handle up. He sh/could have mentioned that when he handed me the key initially.
