Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. One star member was headed down the hall in front of us and punched the elevator button then didn't get on. Turns out she saw us with luggage and just hurried to get the button for us. Food available late night was a bonus. Bed was comfy, couch was convenient. I liked the different hooks in places for hanging clothes and jewelry. Separate curtain and shade in window were handy. Slow closure on toilet lid and refrigerator cabinet (no slam) were nice. USB on the alarm clock. Good location near food and shops.

Could have used a slow closure on the entry door to the rooms. It's loud when people come in down the hall. I couldn't figure out how to turn the air off. Might have been user error though. There was a weird knocking noise occasionally in the wall. No idea what that was but it woke me up a couple of times.

Staff was very nice, room was very clean, meals were great, everything was great except the pricing of the rooms, on booking.com they overcharged me, I could have got it less they charged extra fees, not very happy with that, I will not use booking.com again. I thought it was saved me money but it didn't. Other than that our experience was wonderful except for the prices of booking.com.

Overcharged on my rooms, booking.com Staff was wonderful here, we will be back, :) Rooms very clean, food was great.

Room Cleanliness was not as good as last year when we were there. It was mostly acceptable, but would not want it to lessen further. This was in relation to the floors only. Not swept well; not mopped.

The staff was wonderful and did an exceptional job keeping the property clean. Our room was perfectly comfy and clean and smelled nice. Exercise equipment was clean and well maintained, as well as the pool area. Breakfast was great!

My only complaint is that the hot tub by the pool was out of order (waiting on a part), and I was really looking forward to relaxing there after our drive. But things happen so I understand.

I really liked the location of this hotel. There were electronic scooters available to tootle around the area. There is a variety of eating places close by, as well as shopping. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for my family to relax in. I will stay here again!

Due to our tournament schedule (8:00 game, had to arrive by 7), we were unable to enjoy the breakfast as it didn’t begin serving until 7.

Just about everything. Lg shower and bathroom. Comfortable sitting area. Great darkening blinds. No carpets. Staff very helpful. Clean, except floors.

Floors appeared spotless, but 2 yr old grandson's feet and socks were black as night after running around on them. No microwave in room, but convenient downstairs.

This place was great! The room was a nice size with a couch and work station. It was nice to have a place for both of us to sit other than the bed. It was clean with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The shower was also great. We also loved the breakfast as it had a nice variety and good food.

We did not get our room cleaned during our stay of two days. When she knocked, we asked the cleaning lady if she could come back later, as we were in that middle of getting dressed to leave the room. She did not return to clean the room after we left.

My room was exceptional clean and the pillows were wonderful. I was traveling solo and needed a room not only close to my medical appointments the following morning but a room that I felt safe staying at alone. My room was less than 3 miles from everywhere that I needed to go and I felt 100% safe staying at Hyatt. The staff was friendly. I will staying here again!

The decor had a very corporate feel to it, not very family friend per say.. Nice, clean, up to date. staff was always helpful and always greeted you when you passed by. Parking felt secure, location is a little busy just getting there.

Would have liked to seen a micro wave in room. I stayed all week and room service would only come by on third day if not told different.
