Comfort Inn & Suites Bryant - Benton

Clean, bed was comfortable, at check in the front desk made a comment about having my reservation room type on the first floor only which was nice to make sure we're okay with that- I prefer the first floor anyways as when just passing thru for the night on our drive to IL from TX. Plus the breakfast was fresh and better than the hotel I stayed in earlier in the week and had more choices to drink besides only coffee- orange juice, apple juice, water.

Had no issues here as we checked in around 7-8 and checked out 8am next day. But based on what I saw in that short stay I don't think I'd have any issues

Needed a place for a one night on the drive to Texas. This property has everything we needed and was close to several restaurants for dinner. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast had several options to choose from. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

The shower in our room was very slow to drain. After a few minutes there would be an inch or more of water in the tub, not a major issue as it did drain, just very slowly.

I had a weekend from hell—I’ve been charged for several things that are not valid—NOONE in my party—in ANY of the 3 rooms I rented smoked any marijuana —I am a Medical Marijuana Card holder-I suffer from progressive/degenerative MS-the traditional medical field has caused me more harm than good—I only use edibles-charged for 4 towels and 1 pillow—the 4 towels are easily explained if they look at surveillance video—I did as directed and placed the soiled towels outside the door-the other charge for the damaged wall is legitimate

A wonderful place to stay in the midst of a long road trip. Breakfast was exceptional and the room was so very clean and comfortable, just what we needed to continue on our way. We particularly liked the fitness room for a place to be active after being in the car so long. We highly recommend staying here!

There was nothing we didn't like, actually. Everything was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

Loved everything about the room and facility. The location was a bit difficult to get to due to construction but it was a whole different (better) experience than a stay at another brand the week before. Their vending machines were filled, they had an ice machine, they offered shampoo & conditioner in the room and They served a full breakfast that was included with protocols in place for COVID and it was very quiet.

The only thing I would change is the TV remote didn’t work. I didn’t call the front desk as I was already for bed and didn’t want to get dressed just to get a new remote from a staff member.

Front office personnel was so nice and super friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The place was very clean and my daughter enjoyed the pool area. Lots of dining is conveniently close and had food delivered right to the lobby. If your ever traveling through Arkansas, it's a great place to stay.

Pool was heavily clorinated but at least you knew the pool was clean

It is a great location. They have an excellent breakfast. The fitness room is nice. We always enjoy their indoor pool, it’s just warm enough, not too warm. Our dog is comfortable there also.

Only downside I can think of is that it costs an extra $25 each night to have our dog with us. It’s worth it to me to not have to board her.

Comfortable beds - bedding was light but kept us just the right temperature with the ac on, right by the highway but very quiet, nice breakfast, clean, very friendly staff

Wifi password didn’t work but we got there late anyway, so it didn’t matter to us and we didn’t call about it.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel. Also our beds were incredibly comfortable-actually better than my bed at home! And the most important thing was that the air conditioner was super cold. I cannot stand to be even remotely warm and it was PERFECT! The price was better than all the rest as well. You cannot ask for more than that.

The only thing that could have been better was not the continental breakfast but that was no fault of the hotel -that was due to COVID. And even under the circumstances it was still good.

This felt like home away from home. The staff was very friendly and helpful in any way needed. The facility was exceptionally clean, down to the stairwells. The suite was spacious and had all the basic items one may have forgotten to pack. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of plush pillows. This stay was an unwind and disconnect from the craziness of everyday life and meant for relaxation only. We put the DND hanger on our door and there was not one knock on our door the 2 nights we stayed. It was really nice and comfortable stay and we will definitely stay here again.
