We couldn't get the TV to work. The lady at the front desk did her best to take care of the situation. I was tired after driving 13 hours and I acted like a big jerk. The lady was very patient thru all of this. I did apologize for acting so bad. These people really do care about taking care of you even if you act like an ass which I did.

I do think they should post instructions on how to operate the TV. The lady that came and fixed it told us they have quite a few people have TV issues.

Bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge kept things cold. TV was crisp and clear in both audio and video, and was great for playing my Nintendo Switch on. The A/C unit worked great and kept my room cool throughout my stay.

The only things I would have added in my room are an armchair to fill the otherwise empty corner, and the shower could stand to have a bath mat in it to prevent slipping so easily while taking a shower.

Price and location right off hwy were good. It didn't smell like smoke or cleaners trying to cover up. Bed was comfy, fridge was cold, water pressure great, ac cold.

It was rather bright; had to cover up electronic lights and put towels around door to block light. The metal bed frame was loud everytime I rolled over and I kicked it(loudly) everytime I got in bed.

Reached there an hour earlier than the checkin time by a cab in hot weather, hoping to get a check in. There was a service window. We were turned down and asked to return at 3. We weren’t offered to wait or even advised that there was a small lobby where we could wait for an hour. We had to roam around in the sun with luggage. Once checked in, the staff was good and the room met expectations. It was clean and the stay was comfortable. Will recommend.

We do like the place and the owners are very nice.

We always bring our own towels. Theirs do not look very clean or maybe they're just old. We often bring our own to other facilities also. I do wish they would bleach the tubs. Otherwise all was good.

It was very close to downtown and shopping. The room was really clean with great decor. The staff was sweet and kind, as well as provided quality service and help. Any questions or concerns are met right away.

Not within walking distance of the district but only about a 3 minute drive into the town.

I was surprised with my recent stay, nice comfy bed, shower good, good location for us, haven’t heard good thing about budget places but this one was a pleasant surprise

The rings were very clean n love the shower/tub .. most places only have showers .. person at desk made all ez so I did get in my room n rest!

All good.. just wish I could enjoy the room but off to work I go

It was the best price and best sleep there may have been some contractors that stayed there too no smoking in any hotel in the area which is okay with me less risk of fire

There was nothing I could say that I did not like it was great it was quiet I got a very very good sleep they had coffee and some muffins for breakfast

Like with my previous visit last year, everything in my room was comfortable and relaxing.

A Do Not Disturb placard would have been nice to have, as I was awoken half an hour before the alarm I set by housekeeping when they attempted to open the door despite the deadbolt being in place.
