There were two reason to book your hotel. The shuttle convenience from/to the airport and the numerous positive reviews I read, which I can now confirm were all accurate based on my first-hand experience.

The only hiccup during my stay was the unavailability of the shuttle bus for two days. I had to return my rental car a day earlier than my return home and had to pay Uber to transport me back from the airport to the hotel, since the shuttle bus was undergoing repairs. However, the following morning, one of your exceptional staff members at the reception desk went above and beyond by personally driving us to the airport, ensuring we arrived on time. Although their name escapes me at the moment, I wanted to express my gratitude for their outstanding assistance in getting me to the airport promptly.

Fresh and fashionable boho decor entering the lobby. Friendly staff at front desk. Clean and organized suite fully stocked with full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and cookware. Comfortable king bed with curtain between sofa bed, in case you had kids. Full, tasty complimentary breakfast. Convenient location to airport and free shuttle, but quiet. No hallway noise or light coming under the door.

Only two bath towels in bathroom. Only 3 pillows, instead of 4 on the king bed. Open storage areas, instead of drawers to put away things.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was big, clean, up to date and perfect. We had a room with a kitchen and it was nice. We usually stay with wyndham but we will always stay with Hilton from now on!

We loved the stay and dont really have any complaints. I guess if I had to point out one thing it would be I wish they provided bedding for the pull out couches. They provided the bed with a sheet already on and with 2 pillows but no comforter/blanket. Im sure the front desk would have sent 1 if we called and asked but our kids brought their own so it wasn't a big deal.

Clean and the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower this time was very convenient. The AC units are always intact and working well too.

They need to tailor the room card readers to match when the guest is checking out. I asked for a later checkout of 1pm and was locked out of my room at 12:30pm when trying to get my belongings out of it. That’s been the most inconvenient part of the stay. No one wants to be going up and down like that for them to reactivate the key cards to finish checking out, especially in Phoenix when it’s so hot out.

OMG! I can’t believe I just rent this hotel and felt like I’m at the home. I have booked so many hotels and I have never seen like this hotel before and I would book it again when I come back to Arizona for visit with my family. I really recommended everyone to use this hotel and you will love it. Thank you for your service.

I have nothing to say but if the dinner serves in the night just like serving a breakfast in the morning, that would be nice. so that, people won’t go out and stay with a chilling. otherwise there is nothing I don’t like from this hotel.

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and larger and more accommodating than I expected. The sofa was actually comfortable, something you don't often get for a hotel sofa. The kitchenette was super clean and well organized. The staff was super helpful, and the facilities outside the room were very nice as well, there was every feature I would want when traveling.

I would have liked a bed that was a little softer, but honestly, I slept fine on the one there, and the firmer beds are better for you and longer-lasting. Much much better to have a bed slightly too firm than one that sags, so this is an extremely minor complaint. Maybe a topper on the firm mattress would have done it for me.

Very large room with kitchenette. Cute and well appointed. Couch in front of the TV, desk with a nice chair. This would be good for a business stay. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We were only here for a flight. You do have to call from Airport for pickup and be sure to reserve Airport return for flight. We had no issues. Breakfast was decent for location that doesn't cook to order. Machine that makes a fresh mini omelet. Good scramble with sausage and vegetables and sausage muffins.

All good.

Very comforting atmosphere smelled amazing in there. The staff accepted my family for who they were I have an autistic child so sometimes getting out and people not staring at us is hard they were very welcoming .breakfast is really good.

A better pantry area ,snacks vending machines or something like that I don't want it to be like looking to cheap or anything, just a better pantry area

Staff very helpful and flexible. Clean and modern. Close to airport and not far to light rail. Shuttle bus service great too. Breakfast number of options. Laundry room also to wash and dry clothes was a bonus after coming back from desert.

Could have tourist info available on places to see and how to get to places including transport options.

This was such a nice clean hotel. It's close to everything and easy to get to. The breakfast was perfect for us and was a nice place to sit and chat. The room was amazing with so many amenities. We are going to look for Home2 suites in every city we travel to from now on!

the wi-fi was not the greatest, but that really didn't matter to us.
