A lot of water leaking in front of ice machine and vending machines with towels thrown all over the floor, not managed and needing to walk carefully to not to slip from the water.

The breakfast was nice. I rarely catch the breakfast at hotels, so when I came down, I was pleasantly surprised that it was still available! There was muffins, bagels, fruit, apple and orange juice, a waffle making station, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and a few other items. The bed was SO comfortable! The room wasn't spotless, but it wasn't filthy (I have had some experiences). The furniture and bathroom were modern and useful. They made the most out of the space available in the room. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Very convenient to keep my waters cold and my cofee warm (or any other eats I may have that need reheating). The staff was very friendly and made checking in and checking out all seamless. Parking was simple and straight-forward, making it an easy walk to and from the car. The location is convenient as well. Now that the interchange there is complete, getting around to different entertainment is quite simple.

The area this is located is not exactly desirable. There were several homeless folks around, giving the feeling of heightened awareness. HOWEVER, traveling alone, I did not feel endangered or that there was much to fear. I wasn't approached or bothered in any way. The hotel felt like it was kept safe, without the obvious safeguards in place (several security people swarming, cameras openly everywhere, cops all over, etc).

The staff was pretty laid back helpful. The lady in front was helpful with flexibility when checking out. My son wanted to go swimming before we left and we were able to stay an hour later. They were great

The breakfast area is small and we had an incident with some guests. They took over like they had privilege over me standing in line waiting my turn to get my daughter cereal and waffle. They invited their whole group to cut in and eat in front of the serving station not being courteous and moving. These foreign people ruined my visit only.

The hotel was well kept you can tell they take time to clean the rooms and take care of the guest.

The only thing I didn’t like was the second room we stayed at it wasn’t the staff I didn’t get her name but she made our rough day into an amazing night. The room smelled like it cigarettes. I guessing the guest before us smoked in the room and also discussed the fan in the bathroom. I know they are short staff so I don’t blame them.

The location was ideal for our visit. The hotel was comfortable and clean. There were breakfast items left out for people to snack on throughout the day, which was a nice idea (non-perishables, of course). The room was a generous size and the bathroom was as well. The water pressure was fantastic. The darkening curtains were wonderful.

There was not an elevator in the hotel. The main doors were supposed to only be accessible after hours with a valid room key, but this feature did not work. You could hear people in the hallways and some of the highway traffic at night.

Everything was fine; building seemed a little old and we had to use the stairs with luggage but it was fine. Room was clean and as we expected. Wifi was good.

The breakfast offered was disappointing. The coffee pot was out of order but not labeled so I had to ask. Bagels with no cream cheese available. Bread with frozen butter so I couldn't spread it. No pastries. Waffle maker but no batter. We left and had to purchase breakfast elsewhere.

everything went quite well. the even numbered rooms fact interstate 10; that was my room 222. I would request an odd numbered room next time, a little less freeway noise. Freeways in Phx get bust starting at 5:30 am. Otherwise a great place to stay. great bed and clean and adequate breakfast was appreciated.
