Hampton Inn Glendale-Peoria

The breakfast was good--quite sufficient! (Loved the omelets). Coffee was fine, although I prefer a dark roast. I appreciated the young high schoolers there for a baseball tournament. Well behaved!

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the three of us (my husband, my brother and I) decided that we should get him an additional room after all, but it would have been nice if the employees at the check-in desk could have given us the same price for his room as for ours. But it's okay...I understand that it was last minute.

Proximity to Peoria stadium

Little to no room service although we asked. The only way we got towels and bath products was to search them out ourselves. You are charging spring training prices while not accommodating spring training game times. Our room was never cleaned in three nights when it’s obvious we were at games from noon to 4 each day. Schedule around game times not first thing in the morning. Hotel is updated but still feels old. Will not return

It was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Couldn’t hear any outside noise.

WiFi wasn’t working because the staff said they were having trouble checking me in, due to Booking.com. They never gave me a call to let me know if WiFi was available after I asked to be notified. Breakfast hours started at 6am and I had to leave by 5am so I couldn’t enjoy a hot breakfast.

Breakfast for 2 nights : we have excellent breakfast meal choices. Enjoyed making waffles 🧇 for 2nights. Enjoyed the morning experience of having free breakfast @ the hotel and so convenient, clean dining area, Hot & cold served meals .

Early morning about 6am, our next door neighbor adjacent to our room, seemed they were arguing loudly & banging and slamming doors. The lady screamed loudly many times high tone high pitched voice. So annoying because we want to Sleep some more…..and don’t be disturb by loud noises.

Great location near ball park, nice restaurants, stores. Walking distance to many things. nice pool and hot tub with umbrellas,

The only issue was the sheets kept coming off the bed at the corners. Need deeper sheets. Everything else was good.

The hotel, room and staff were great. It was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was great, and the worker in charge was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was a little snug, especially with having a 9 year old and an infant.

Without a doubt one of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in. It was very centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and golf courses very close to a major freeway. The free breakfast was excellent I am planning another trip to Phoenix in June and I will certainly stay there. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating.

There was really nothing that I did not like. All around one of the best places I have stayed at for the value

the design of the hotel room was ideal. the bathroom had 3 bug hooks to hang towels. the sink counter was huge, there were 2 shelves in the shower. microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

the walls are a bit thin so u can hear if others are loud in their room.

Very close to Peoria sports complex and a lot of food options. Free cold breakfast options.

Our room had hair in the bathroom floor, there was hair in the tub, and not sure if the room was vacuumed as there was dried cat food on the floor by the radiator. All that made me wonder Dee if the room had even been cleaned.

Cool rooms in this crazy 114 degree weather. Thank you. Beds are comfortable and pillows weren't stiff foam like other hotels.

The barn door type bathroom door is nice to look at but not practical, door is heavy. Shower head had only one good setting, other setting didn't work. Free breakfast was sparse, i.e. cereal and no milk.
