It was so nice to have breakfast available every morning. It was beyond my expectations as there weren't only cold selections, cereal, pre package muffins, etc. But a hot selection as well. Eggs sausage and toast.

I can't think of a single thing I didn't like, especially Ashley. She is the person everyone would like to have running the hotel. She was so helpful and kind and answered every question I had. Just good karma all around.

Young man at check-in the eve we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Even though their "system" was down, he was able to get us checked in with not much fuss.

Their computer system was down when we arrived, No worries though, Checked in without a problem, TV remote in room died, Took to front desk for new batteries. They did not have any. Young man fixed us up with batteries from another remote so we were all good.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service, I needed a bit longer before I checked out and they gave me a later check out time free of charge, which was wonderful and a first for me, I normally stay across the street at the old super 8 motel because it's a little bit cheaper but you get what you pay for and I'll never stay anywhere else again in camp verde, clean rooms and comfy beds/pillows also they serve a hot breakfast in the morning with lots of different choices and everything was fresh, they have a gym, outdoor swimming pool/hot tub, great experience and I'll definitely be recommending them and coming back

That it's hard to find liquor 🤣 (Hard Liquor) and that the last taxi is at 10pm we didn't wanna drink and drive so we didn't make it to the casino but we did manage to find some good drinks down the road at Circle K so it worked out for the night but a shuttle to.the casino and bk would have been nice but I loved the stay and I do it again bcuz of the affordable price & free breakfast 🤙

First time staying in this property,, and definitely will be coming back and absolutely recommend it,,also like that there’s many restaurants and gas station in walking range ,, love it customer service was above and beyond super friendly service professional breakfast was delicious very clean,, rooms were super clean 😉

Breakfast location good. Coffee was great and much appreciated that I could get it any time of day.

Food good but could be better. Eggs terrible (to me), perhaps you could offer hard boiled eggs as an alternative.

Great room. Fit or need perfectly. Great breakfast. One pf the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The shower curtain on the handicap shower was abot an inch to short causing it to leak water all over the bathroom floor.

Floors are dirty throughout the hotel. I feel by the pump house near pool due ti a pool of water. It's definitely a danger.

The staff was very knowledgable and very helpful. They greeted us with a smile and joy. Whatever questioned we asked they answered us with the best benefit for us.
