I liked the place fine and breakfast was ok.

You had rented many many rooms to people with children there for baseball/softball. Children running around screaming, running in their rooms above you, hallways, forget the pool. Your staff did what they could but parents today do not watch their children they are on their phones. I am sure you gave them a group rate and the the rest paid what they paid. I was not happy about that and felt for your staff hopefully in the future you could let the groups know you will have to ask them to leave if they can't control their kids.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Slept amazing, as no disturbances at all.

The only thing negative I have to say at all, is that the indoor pool wasn’t heated, and the eggs weren’t great. Other than that, everything was perfect.

staff friendly, very clean, breakfast had good choices and presented well. Very understanding re: our need for early checkout after a funeral when my husband was ill.

lock on door difficult to operate. bath tub didn't drain well, snacks with a convenience fee were way overpriced, difficult to get temperature correct in room

location and cleaniness

the design of the shower was awful-you could not find how to turn it on. i had to call the front desk after frustration of trying to figure it out. they should have a sign

Facility was clean , convenient and inviting

Not enough meeting space, but we're the staff was very nice about helping us to create a space to meet. We were able to have a great time.

Convenient to everything we needed. Appreciate the vending machines. Will return here. Recommended to family members.

The room was clean. The staff was awesome and always greeted me and my children. Overall, the room met my needs and I would stay there again when coming to visit.

The bathroom is a little dated. Shower head was barely hanging on. Shower walls were not the cleanest or the shower curtain. The ceiling looked like it could have had some mold growing. There were a few bugs but it is the South.

The staff was very accommodating and very friendly!! The room was very clean. The hotel bathroom is updated. Amazing continental breakfast.

The location was excellent, the breakfast exceeded my exceptions, and the staff was exceptional. I would choose this hotel on my next trip to this area.

The location was exactly where we wanted. The breakfast was nothing special, but we enjoyed it. We will be booking the hotel again in Sept or Oct. This was the best hotel we have stayed at in several years.
