The staff were lovely, as was the food and the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole, easy to navigate, close to amenities, the beds and bathroom was nice, rooms were done out modern, staff were extremely helpful and nice bar area

Rooms were certainly not the size advertised online, much much smaller, was quite suprised when I entered mine. There is no cold water in the hotel rooms and the hot water was scalding, it was difficult to shower there. Room service cleaned about 80% of the room, bins weren't emptied, shower gel not replaced, floors not cleaned, dirty cups some were cleaned some were left as they were. Area isn't the best.

We had two rooms, one double, one double with a small extra bed. The double was OK, the other was large and comfortable. Clean rooms, nice staff, good location. Train station, bus stops, Tesco, restaurants in easy walking distance.

It's on a busy road and it's really loud, even at night. The windows don't open but don't do much to keep out the noise from the road. The breakfast was great but far too expensive to have every day. The bed in the double room was very saggy, the mattress was obviously old and uncomfortable. The other bed was fine, hopefully they're in the process of replacing the mattresses. I'm not sure why they don't offer family rooms on Booking even though they obviously have them.

I like this hotel much because the location is incredible all amenities and everything is close by just need to have a little walk thats it no need to drive the car,

About the room cleaning , they don’t change the bedsheet nor they hoover all the thing which fall off like piece of paper they said they clean but the paper remain on the floor, and the bin toilet not clean it was full with sanitary pad for previous customer, and the bedsheet got hair there biscuit which previous customer use, Its sad there people who have sensitive skin they can catch skin infection easily with dirty bedsheet like this, my daughter got itchy, the first night we we arrive that the only problem with this hotel, this is my second visit , and i don’t think i will come again

Proximity to station, friendly staff breakfast was very generous and tasty

Shower cubicle half round and very small-felt like I was going to be beamed up by Scotty to the Enterprise

On arrival I was greeted with a cheeky little room upgrade to the Queen suite with hot tub out on the balcony. Got to like a upgrade.

Honestly I have stayed in all the suites over time and have to admit. The King and Queen with hot tubs aren't worth almost £300 per night for me. There small rooms to start and dated in my opinion. Terrible TV and viewing angles. Small bathrooms again dated. The hot tubs are great at first. When you stand back and look at them.... Not so great then. Again just old. worn and very basic. Top tip save yourself around £140 and book a deluxe double room with a balcony. Just a much nicer room alround.

The hotel is within metres of the railway station so expect busy. The apartment has all facilities you could need, well positioned for M&S and Sainsbury express if self catering. Most things walk able. Airport link bus starts at the location, great if you have odd hour flights. The road is on the hop on hop off bust route.

We never received an entry code, nor apartment number to get into the unit and spent a few hours trying to reach someone at out 3rd party booking agent (who never responded at all). Ensure the Destiny send you a 4 digit code and apartment number, we finally reached a Destiny emergency number and they provided a number to access the unit. Best to receive the code from your email if you are travelling internationally and don't have roaming or a cellphone number that is working in UK. Destiny was not at fault here. Also not easy to find unless you are aware a single door and not a hotel reception of apartments (door almost next to KFC)

really beautifully styled rooms, super friendly staff, and lovely bar. bathroom is very comfortable.

unfortunately, the remote control was exceptionally dusty, which implies it doesn’t get cleaned… It’s very clever to have heating behind the mirror in the bathroom so it doesn’t missed up after your shower. However this means the bathroom is rather warm, our other minor grumble is you can’t open the windows the room did have air-conditioning however, it was a bit too noisy to have on where we were sleeping. Fortunately, the weather was around 23° during our stay so the room didn’t get too hot. However I probably wouldn’t want to stay here during a heat wave. having said all this, this would not put us of staying again.

The location, the decor of the bar area and the room. The breakfast was delicious.

The fridge in our room made a gurgling noise for about a minute every 15 minutes it did take me a while to get off to sleep. Also we were told the bar was open till 11.00 but when we arrived back at the hotel at 10.40, we decided to have one drink before bedtime but the bar was just closing and the member of staff explained that it had been quiet all night so he decided to close early, I think it's unfair to refuse a hotel resident a drink before closing time just for that reason.
