Very comfortable

Noisey people in corridor after bar has closed banging on doors as they couldn't remember what room they had. ,if there was a phone in the room I would have called reception to sort it out.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It is really nice, because there is a happy atmosphere. I think it's all the people going there to play Badminton. It feels positive, healthy and happy. They also have a museum of Badminton. The centre is an old Farmhouse that was developed as a business venture and added onto in the early days of Milton Keynes. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Rooms a good size and clean. I really should have had a go at Badminton. We also saw a deer cross the road! Lovely green area and a pretty lake near by. Also nice and close to the centre. A good place to stay. Photos of a Lake near the centre.

Can't think of anything huge....

very reasonable price, at first glance, looks like a student hall of residence but when you examine up close, especially when in your room you will be surprised at how comfortable and well-appointed the with individual hair and bath shampoos. There was not a hair dryer in the room but we did not ask if there was one available at reception. breakfast is served in the main block where the badminton courts are situated and was hearty, well cooked, and plentiful. We did not use the facilities but anyone wanting to use the gym or courts this would be an ideal location for a break

the breakfast is fantastic, given the tiny cafe but the food at breakfast is splendid, quality is good just limited choice for preference. room is big and spacious with very comfortable bed, toilet is clean and bright. shower is strong and hot. free car park right in front of the lodge. quiet surrounding, easy to sleep in without much noise. free gym and even a sports bar next door above the badminton court. lovely!

please install a proper table for the SKY tv box and not a chair, as the room is for 2 person, but 1 chair is used up to put SKY tv box. silly thing to do in my opinion.

I have stayed here every Monday for the last 9 months whilst working in MK. Bed is on a par with the premier inn, it’s lovely and quiet and great value for money. In addition the Yoga/Pilates class on a Monday and spin class with Jeff on a Tuesday morning were outstanding and again only added to the great value for money. Working away from home and staying in a higher star that’s pretty much faceless and impersonal wasn’t for me. I enjoyed more of the community feel. Breakfast was again great value for money and free car parking was a bonus. I felt safe and slept extremely well every Monday - thank you !

The location was just right for me as I have relatives in the area so able to visit. If you are into fitness, this is a must stay as you can use the fitness centre and sauna as a guest while staying. If the Badminton courts are free you can book one at a discount. Staff are very cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was included but even for a walk-in these are remarkable value. Room and place was very clean. A nice and sensible touch was to have the curtains drawn so the sun didn't heat the room on a very hot day. I think MK is generally quite safe but I didn't spend much time around the place as I had been invited to a function hence my stay.

It would be good if there was a swimming pool here. The room was very nice and while there was no air-con, the Lodge building is so well insulated, it was sufficiently cool on one of the hottest days of the year so far.

Super friendly staff. Free Gym with a trainer and a nice sauna. The location is super. Massive breakfast and chance to look at athletes training in badminton. Very interesting badminton museum. Bog rooms and spaces. restaurant and bar. Close to the city center, yet in the middle of nature, Perfect for sports families with older kids.

I liked everything. It's not luxury, basic, but clean and comfortable, Perfect for an activity in the city.

Bed was very large and comfortable, clean bedding. Basic room but it served its purpose. Breakfast is included. Huge fresh selection of cooked breakfast items, pastries, fruits, yoghurts. Tea and coffee, place to fill water bottle. Breakfast room was always quiet and peaceful. The centre does get a little busy as night for the sports facilities and parking close to the lodge is limited so if you have a lot of bags, it’s a car park walk. Overall excellent stay.

More tea and coffee in the room, also, bathroom was very dated and a bit shabby.

The staff were really friendly, the room and en suite were immaculately clean, the bathroom was very modern, and the shower worked really well. Nice and quiet location, continental and cooked breakfast included, gym facilities available, really big comfy bed, good Wi-Fi , free parking

Unfortunately although the bed was very large it was two singles attached so there was a dip in the middle Although there's great facilities with gym & sauna there's no pool which was disappointing but my misinterpretation

I stayed there with my 9 year old daughter on a Saturday in early February. Under £60 for a double room. Clean, quiet and good comfy bed. Hot strong shower, loads of decent breakfast options included. If we had time I would have used the gym facilities, they were included in the price and looked really good.

The badminton was a bit pricey at £13 per hour for the 2 of us as playing with a child for the first time you don't get much of a game... but probably an OK price for adults. But it also makes it an interesting place to stay.
