Location so close to beach and town centre was perfect as was the parking. Access arrangement simple and easy to use. Our room was just right for what we wanted, perfectly clean and functional.

TV reception was intermittent. A little longer parking both on arrival and departure would have been useful. I appreciate you need the room vacated to clean it but would have thought the car parking could be extended by an hour on arrival and departure which would have been very useful

Nice modern, clean, contemporary decor. Very comfortable bed. Safe and secure allocated onsite parking. Very close to all amenities and to the seafront. Great location.

Extractor fan ran VERY noisily ALL night. Made sleeping very difficult and affected our enjoyment of our stay. TV unwatchable due to appalling reception. One glass and 2 coat hangers between two people. Soap in dispenser watered down so much as to be an utterly pointless addition. Asked to strip the bed on departure!

Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk from the sea front. Very clean and tidy.

The big selling point for this property is the undercover parking that is included in the cost. Unfortunately for us our vehicle was too tall for the garage and we had to find alternative parking on the outskirts of the town. We think that the 2 metre height restriction should be mentioned in the property details. Our room was quite compact, and about a third of the room had restricted headroom because of the sloping ceiling. Light and ventilation are provided by 2 velux rooflights. Unfortunately, these can't be opened when it is raining, and with no air conditioning, it was rather uncomfortable for us at night.

The location is fantastic! A short walk to all amenities and you're basically in the middle of the town anyway. A lovely cafe/bakery next door and a nice mill area with micro brewery and restaurant on the other side. The perfect spot. Also the free parking was really handy and saved us money and hassle.

It wasn't particularly clean in the bathroom or the fridge. However I reported this to the owner and they said they'd just employed new cleaners and would flag this with them, so hopefully problem rectified. I would have liked a few more hooks around the place for towels in the bathroom and for coats etc in the main rooms.

This was a very well thought out idea and the conversion from an old business premises to Holiday Apartments was cleverly designed and had been carried out using quality materials. It was very quiet and very private. The private parking was definately the selling point for us. Everythig was on the doorstep, from the shops to pubs to the beach! There are some lovely places to eat in walking distance.

The room was generally nice and clean, however we did find old fag papers and even some tablets on the floor under the bedside tables, so they clearley hadn't been moved for cleaning.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect as very centrally located to everything in Lyme Regis. The owner was super helpful during our stay, responding very quickly to our queries. The room was perfectly sized for the 3 of us and my child loved the novelty of there being an upstairs. The room was very clean & smelled lovely. The beds were so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud & there was more than adequate space for putting clothes etc away. The fridge, kettle, tea & coffee were all welcome additions. The cleaners were very smiley & friendly. Seating area + a chair upstairs was great for eating etc. Games & books available in the communal seating area are a nice touch. Wifi was fantastic, could use 3 devices at the same time with no issues. Having the car parking space included with the room was great & we didn’t need to move the car for our entire stay. Pin code entry was perfect so no key sharing/losing occurred! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very hot, even with the windows open so I’d hate to be in there on a super hot summer’s day. However, the heat was alleviated by the provision of a fan. Perhaps a fan on each level would be a good idea though. There was no shower mat so was a little concerned about slipping on the floor when exiting the shower. Luckily I’d bought extra towels for the beach so we used one of them. The sink was crazy small so had to use another of my towels by the sink to mop up the water that spilled over when washing our faces. These things wouldn’t deter me staying again though.

Good quality fittings, nice quality pillows, shower, etc. and very clean. What could have been a downer - no haridryer! - was quickly turned around when the host kindly supplied one within the hour when asked. (Why DO people steal hairdryers?! They apparently lose around 4 per month from various rooms, which can only serve to keep prices high.) A bonus to have a fridge in the room.

If we had been staying longer, something to sit on other than the bed would have been handy. To people who have complained in reviews that it can be claustrophobic with non-opening velux windows: they DO open! (You may have to stand on the bed to reach them.)

Separate upstairs room for our daughter- really lovely Comfy bed, quality bedding, great location, free parking, quiet, well maintained Secure garage which the proprietor generously extended on our departure of room to enable us to stay in Lyme Regis for the day without additional parking fees- very kind gesture! No pressure to check out at 10am, we had our room until departing at 11.30 This accommodation is wonderful, very highly recommended especially good value considering location and parking

Tea tray had no sugar, old milk Knobs not secure on cupboards which need securing for opening

Excellent location close to the beach. Off road parking in a well maintained private garage underneath property. The room was cosy but very clean with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which was helpful. The entrance was coded for easy access and nicely decorated and had a lift which was great as all rooms are located at the top of some stairs.

I was very pleased with most things , however the toilet had a draining issue which caused a little bit of trouble with the last part of our stay.

Amazing location (fairly reflected in the price) and wonderful room.; really superb. Garage parking slap bang near all the good stuff but still very peaceful in room, however...

no less than five morons parked in front of the incredibly well signaged front in two days..one tiny argumentative van driver and the usual entitled friends of humanity. Very central and very busy but still...SIGNS EVERYWHERE...lol..other than the expected (you know you'll get oxygen thieves as you drive in) I would recommend..))
