Delighted with the service which is always warm and friendly and the quality of the rooms far exceeds any of the other hotels I have stayed in this close to the center of Llandudno.

The breakfast was too small for my liking. Very well cooked and excellent service, however the portion size was far too small. I would like the option of ordering more, or have bigger portions available. The portion size would be fine for many of the hotels guests, but 1 sausage, one bacon, one black pudding etc is not enough for me. This is my only criticism and does not put me off staying again.

The staff were really nice and friendly and breakfast plentiful with a good choice and your own choices as to a cooked breakfast.

I can’t fault it. Our dog was made welcome and for us that is what matters. A little entertainment would bring people back to the hotel. This is constructive criticism and I think we would have spent more time if a singer or music had been available. Bingo. Things like this would bring more revenue to the establishment. Us older enjoy the breakfast out for the day then back to the hotel for a few night caps and entertainment and bringing your dog it’s a safer environment.

The hotel was located in a perfect position for visiting the town centre and the promonade and Llandudno pier. The feel of the hotel felt like home from home. Amazing staff and service, wonderful cooked breakfast, we stayed in room 103 had a lovely view of the sea and a table and chairs in the bay window, perfect for relaxing with a drink. Very comfortable beds didn't want to get up! Had a lovely chat with the chamber maid lady absolutely amazing staff here. We totally enjoyed our stay this hotel has character and felt very comfortable will definitely return for another visit :)

no decaf coffee as an option. breakfast limited with fruit options. cooked breakfast great. Dog friendly but didn’t mention extra cost at the booking option if bringing a dog, needs to be clearer that it’s an extra cost.

The service level was fantastic! Very friendly and more than happy to help. We felt very welcome. We were given a choice of rooms that would suit us traveling with our child and having a room close to family that were also staying. The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable to be in during our Winter stay. Great shower pressure and hot water too! We also were allowed to have an earlier breakfast than usual in the restaurant on our check out day which had us needing to catch a train at the usual breakfast time. Breakfast included a continental buffet of cereals, yoghurts, toast and juices and tea/coffee. Also a hot breakfast order was taken with a variety of options to choose from. Eggs, beans, toast, mushrooms, tomato, fried bread and the vegetarian option included a vegetarian sausage. Other options included black pudding, bacon and meat sausage. The location is fantastic! An easy walk from the train station, Marks and Spencer’s across the road for groceries, as well as so many shops and places to eat just a few meters away. The promenade is a very short walk away and the pier and Great Orme is also walking distance.

this hotel is family owned the staff are very pleasant and polite we were shown to our room which was a nice size with a comfy bed and 2 armchairs the bathroom was small but adequate for our needs with a nice shower we paid extra for breakfast which was a little expensive at £12 but the full English is all freshly cooked there is all so seriels and toast plus fruit the location is ideal in the center of town and 2 min walk from the station we were very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Llandudno

The service was exceptional, everyone was very friendly and happy to help at any moment. They had run out of gluten free bread at breakfast but went out and bought me some so I could have some toast (this made my day). The room was beautiful, clean and well presented. The hotel was clean in every area and lots of beautiful paintings on the walls. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of variety and a good choice of juice, you also get a nice big pot of tea. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, close to the retail park and right at the end of the high street. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back to stay again in the future.

The bed was very firm and the pillows were a bit thin.

Amazing hotel, very central. The staff were brilliant, the manager/owner were very nice, would go out his way to make your stay comfortable. We had a problem with a little noise, and he sorted it right away. We had breakfast included which smelt really lovely, but we slept in too long, but that was a great bonus! Haha. Our room was stunning, bed was very comfy. Toilet made noise, but didn't bother us at all. Definitely recommend to others, and will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

They are trying hard to keep on improving the Broadway. My room was spacious and in particular the bathroom was large. Staff were friendly and the location cannot be better in my opinion as it is very close to a lot of shops,cafes, and other places to eat and drink. I decided to not go for breakfast at Broadway at £12, there are places nearby which are good, especially if you prefer a later breakfast time.

A chair in the bedroom would be useful, for putting clothes on, as would hooks to hang outdoor coats on, and something in the bathroom for hanging towels and dressing gown etc. The bathroom didn't have an extractor fan, probably because the room had old sash type windows. I was slightly disappointed there was not a continental breakfast offered at a lower price than £12 charged for a cooked one, but as mentioned there are plenty of other places locally. A grab handle to help prevent slipping when getting out of the shower (which is in the bath) would be a good safety addition, as would a headboard for the bed. The TV was fixed very high up on the wall and this made it uncomfortable when watching it.

Staff are friendly and attentive Location is perfectly in the middle of promenade, shops and bus/train station. Facilities are all you need. Didnt get an iron but I'm sure one would be provided as we brought our own. Breakfast was continental and offered a fresh full English with tea or coffee.

Not sure if it was just our room but the plumbing (toilet after flushing, taps on sink and shower) made humming sounds when in use. Breakfast could have been bigger.. I wanted more because it was nice.
