Comfortable bed, nicely sized room, great kitchen facilities, clean and tidy, and a quiet neighbourhood. I’d also like to mention the short walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs, even though we didn’t use those options too much in our stay. great communication with the personell as well. Sarah messaged me right before my stay with all the necessary details for locking myself in, and responded quickly to other enquiries by text message.

the bus ride to and from the city centre was a bit longer than anticipated, but by no means too long. I guess that’s the trade-off for a nice and quiet area! The breakfast selection was nice, but maybe a bit too few options apart from sweets for my taste (sweet cereals, jams, pastrys with chocolate etc.). However, there was good space in the fridge to store extra spreads and/or drinks, so that was hardly an issue!

Parking was quit limited but to be expected on a suburban street.Our room with ensuite was very clean and a good size. The use of the kitchen was a bonus and the option to have breakfast which was provided if you fancied it was a lovely touch, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfy I slept very well. towels were also provided.i liked the way you got in the building very user friendly.Price very reasonable I will stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like, maybe a 12 check out would be a little more desirable.

We had the en suite room. everything you could ask for for in the room including an iron, ironing board, fridge, tv, sets of drawers, kettle, with tea and coffee and a couple of biscuits, bottles of water. The kitchen was modern and clean with cereals, croissants, fruit, club biscuits, toasters, butter and various types of jam, tea, coffee, lots of milk. It a was quiet and peaceful.

On the day we were there there was no bread to make toast.

This was my best hostel experience I've had in the UK so far. The room was nice, clean, comfy & spacious. It was equipped with all that's needed for a comfortable stay (kettle, towels, hair dryer etc.). The kitchen was wonderful with complementary toasts, milk, chocolate bars etc. We did not meet the owner, but we were instructed how to access the premises and found it to be a piece of cake. It's really hard to find a fault, bearing in mind the price was competitive too.

A bit far away from the town center, but the neighbourhood is decent, there's a supermarket close by & you can get to the city centre in around 30-40 mins by as bus (2 GBP per person).

Comunication was excellent, as was the location. Quality of accommodation was first class +1, Facilities were second to none. And the presentation , Facilities, Clenliness was th very best - of ANY holiday accommodation I have ever stopped at. I would not hesitate in booking with you again. You helped my stay in Liverpool - most enjoyable and memorable. Thank You very much - John. See you again soon.

Nothing could have been better.

This place was the best because it had very nice services, the place does provide you with all you need, Snacks, cooking food utilities, it's a well located place, shops/Grocery 1 min away from you. The beds are very comfortable, thr ambitious very good, If I needed anything I can call any time of the day and the owner picks up immediately. It was a nice stay at this place and I would want to go back again in my next stay. I even called the ower to personally thank her for the great services that wea provided.

Good communication with the host, Sarah. Detailed instructions for contactless check-in. Room was spacious and clean apart from the en-suite bathroom (s. below). Electric kettle, tea bags/coffee and cookies (!) in the room. Everything for a good breakfast was provided for in the kitchen (also e.g. fresh fruit), things just needed to be prepared and the kitchen cleaned-up afterwards. Accommodation is close to the railway station which was very convenient. As someone else mentioned this: In our case Uber had no issues finding this address.

There were two spiders and quite some spiderwebs in the bathroom. So, cleanliness in this area could definitely be improved! No instructions for check-out, so we kind of did in reverse what we did for check-in which turned out to be fine. Quite a few security cameras which a lot of people might find comforting but for us the opposite is the case - but that's really a personal matter of opinion.

Very Nice room, clean kitchen with basics to have a quick breakfast on the go. Sarah was very helpful to answer messages through the app. The room was spacious and clean very comfortable. They let me do some laundry. The location was a bit far away the city center, but was very well connected to a train station around the corner.

Maybe someone present to receive you, there where no one in the property that I can tell during my stay. Sarah was very kind to answer any doubts through messages anyway. Thanks.

Lovely room. Very clean, good and central location. Good sized kitchen with breakfast items laid out and room to sit and eat. All very clean and well cared for. Clear instructions on how to access property were given, with a mobile number to call if any issues. Would recommend.

These are very minor points, and were not an issue for us, just things to consider. As there were no curtains on the windows, just blinds, this let a lot of light in at night. We use eye masks when we sleep so were fine, but might disturb others. Also, the room had no wardrobe. Fine for us for 1 night as there are drawers to put stuff in and hooks on the wall with hangers supplied, but might be an issue if u have brought quite a few things in terms of room to put clothes that crease easily.

Everything was exceptionally clean and easy to find. The bed we slept in was very comfortable with fresh great smelling linen, and memory foam mattress. Normally I don’t like sharing a bathroom, but the fact that guests are provided with ample shower mats/towels meant that I felt really comfortable sharing the shower. The bathrooms are also kept very very clean, which I appreciated a lot. All the little touches to the property was well noted and made our stay really great. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
