No frills in a good location for the town centre with stable wifi, I used the nearest NCP car park to park the car and it cost £4.95 for 24 hrs. All the staff were polite, friendly and easily approachable for any help required. Wetherspoon is just around the corner for food and for breakfasts I used Audrey’s cafe across the road.

Booked a room with windows but I was unable to open the window, I don’t think they have been opened for quite a while though the paint seems to have sealed them shut. This meant the room was airless so I had the door open most of the time. The AC controls could not be controlled in the room which means you sleep with it on all night whether you want it on or not, something to do with the climate apparently!

no car park attached although one not far away. no tea/coffee making facilities in room and room round bed was very tight!

Liked how peaceful it was and how close it is to everything 😊

That was no where to get drink if shops were closed and there was only one towel for 2 People

shower in room on 2nd floor grubby and needs new shower head as broken- difficult to even get shower to work properly- rooms looking tired now

The staff were massively help full becca and jess i belive there names were did everything ghey could to make my partner and my stay at happy and as conftable as possible even helped with the air con as i couldnt figure out the pannell in the room out properly the staff couldnt do enough to help make our stay as pleasureable and as comftable as possible and the room was clean tidy and well presented and when asked for extra towels and pillows they were there in our room waiting straight away

The air con wouldnt quite let us set it to a comftabe temparture but we made do with what we could get it to

My Dad is in hospital and near the end, I booked easy hotel online for 2 days to start that same evening. I am not from the area, for the price I paid I wasn’t expecting much. But wow, I was really impressed, my room was small but very clean and everything I needed. Just a safe place for my dog and I to stay. The fact they allow dogs, is such a wonderful gesture, for me travelling alone and going through losing my second parent at 28 years old, it really meant to world to me to be able to have my dog by my side. I felt so safe and my bed was super comfy, black out curtains were the best curtains EVER! the lighting options in the room were a real nice touch too. Really pleased, nice location parking a 4 minute walk away and beautiful Christchurch park just over the road which Winston was very thankful for. I will certainly be staying again and I would choose easy hotel over premier inn and travel lodge etc EVERY TIME. Thank you for making a difficult trip so much more manageable.

The only thing I would mention is the room said it has a telle.. which it did.. but it didn’t say you had to hire the remote. Nothing bad to say otherwise!

Heating on continually kept at around 21+°c. Hot water, always in the tap and the shower was excellent. Single bed very comfortable, for me who suffers from a bad back is saying something that's very important to me. Extra large towels. Lots of power sockets, even four USB sockets and light switches by bed. The TV was working with the remote, no complaints. For the price paid I thought it was excellent. Staff friendly and every one I spoke to was polite and helpful, I thank every one there now who I spoke to. Thank you.

Room was very small, no table or chair.

Good air conditioning. Dark room with no window. Perfect for after a night out with friends. Up and out early for breakfast after a shower.

Only one towel between us and thin pillow, very firm bed - just not what I’m used to. We paid over £100 as I booked a while with no cancellation. On the day they had 5 rooms just like ours at £56 . So could have been a lot cheaper but alas!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and fulfilled a special request that was greatly appreciated. There was somewhere to park right near by which easy hotel recommended and the whole place was very nice and clean.

In our family room there was no window and was extremely stuffy and hard to sleep but others who stayed in a twin room did so it was only this room. The bathroom is a glass door which whilst misted you could see everything and also see through the gap.

The staff were helpful, friendly and polite and even made our dog welcome. Although basic accomodation with no frills , the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money, just the place if all you need is a nights rest and a shower. My son stayed in one of the accessible rooms which was perfect with plenty of room and had a lovely wet room. Will definitely be booking again when we next stay in Ipswich.

The beds were a little on the firm side.
