We were attending a concert at Twickenham stadium and the location is practically next door so was ideal. The reception desk is manned with friendly people. The room was basic and small but clean, with clean bedding and towels. We were allocated a double room which was placed within a nice courtyard at the back of the property. We had no no issues with any noise

We did challenge the £20 parking charge as felt a bit excessive on top of an already premium rate stay (£300 for the night). We were told everywhere in Twickenham charges for parking and it was confirmed within the booking there would be a parking charge.

Great location, stone throw away from stadium and less than a mile walk into Twickenham town and really easy walk. Turn right out the property and just follow the path all the way down. We paid £96 for the night which fell on a bank holiday and was also a game day. For what we paid it was great value! Permit to Park £20 on game day! Didn’t realise breakfast was available here, it was £8 for full English and it was good. I’d definitely rebook! Not the properties fault but I’d personally bring ear plugs next time as close to main road and airport. Being from a quite area of Worcestershire not used to noise of planes and traffic. Facilities were clean and comfortable

Reasonable price for a night's stay in very close proximity to Twickenham Stadium. Really pleasant staff. Great breakfast, but you have to pay for this separately, good choice of food too. Price for breakfast was reasonable also. Room also had plug in fan which was needed due to the hot weather.

Rooms could do with some updating, but all bed linen and towels was clean. Could be noisy for some due to traffic but our room was at the back so had a good night's sleep.

Location is close to Twickenham Railway station [9min walk - which connects via Waterloo to the Tube]. Getting to Heathrow a little more tricky as you need to go via bus to Hounslow East and then on Picadilly line. I would suggest rather taking an Uber for GBP 25.00 especially if you have baggae. Twickenham Stadium and Twickenham Stoop also a 5 min walk. A general store and liquor shop is around the corner. Good if you are traveling alone. The rooms are basic but clean and value for money. Reception is always on hand and friendly.

Carpets are old and bathroom door. Can be replaced.

Exceptional budget stay for an overnight work trip. Seamless check in, and I was upgraded to a double room free of charge, which was really appreciated. The room and bathroom was very clean, as well as comfortable, with all the amenities you would need. I didn't find the surrounding area noisy, rather on par with the usual noise of London. Thank you very much!

Nothing.

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked freshly and very good value for money. Staff were very polite and helpful. Accommodation very clean. As the hotel is near the Chertsey Road we were aware it would be noisy with traffic. My main criticism….very hard pillow! Next time I’ll take my own

See above. Location isn’t quiet, but that didn’t come as a surprise. It’s near the main A316 so it shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Very clean. Parking on site. no staff after 11 pm. we had very noisy neighbour next door unfortunately no staff on site to report it to and we felt it was inappropriate to call someone at 2 am. room was clean and tidy. It had tea and coffee making facilities, room was warm.

no staff on site in case of noisy neighbours. property is close to the road so if you are light sleeper you will hear the noise and your sleep will be disturbed.

Location was excellent and the staff were friendly. Had breakfast one day and it was great.

Room was dated and dusty. Towel, the only towel, wasn't fresh as I would expect and was on the small side.

Comprehensive breakfast. Full English and usual accompaniments. Good value at £8 After a day at the rugby, the room was adequate in a private courtyard. Clean room with tea/coffee and TV.

My choice to be close to the rugby ground, but did not factor road noise (emergency vehicle sirens, etc) into the choice process. Clearly the increased price of the room reflected demand for the event. Not sure about the mould in the shower cubicle.
