Exceptionally clean throughout , quiet location , very friendly receptionist , free parking , free baby cot. New carpet in the room.

A little too small for my liking but very good value for money

The room smelled really nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, we got a room right by the reception where the phone was ringing constantly (you need to ring them to check in after 17:00) and the front door has no stopper, so every time guests were coming and going, the door slammed really loudly. There was no remote for the tv, but it was too late when we recognised it and they don't have 24/7 reception. I was aware that they don't provide breakfast, but it would be nice to think about offering this option because there's a dining room in the basement.

The place was clean and very comfortable, the staff went out of their way to help and it was wonderful stay after a long journey

A room away from reception on a higher floor as requested and an earlier check in as 4pm in winter is to late

We arrived a little early & told was ok to check in when my emails had stated that we couldn't do this. We had also been upgraded, we had rooms booked so this was a nice surprise as lots of space. I also had a fridge in my room! We were also able to park for free, the spaces were very small but everyone made the effort to be able to squeeze in ok!

I can only fault the mattress, it was really hard & i could feel the springs & i didn't really sleep but that maybe personal choice!

The location was perfect.. a few minutes walk away from the Zig Zag path that led down to the beach. Minutes away from a Nisa store for snacks etc. 30 mins walk from train station and access to loads of restaurants as it was near the High Road. Not much noise from outside as it is away from the main road. The room was small but the shower worked easily.

Only that the room doors were quite heavy and tended to be banged shut

A very cosy hotel conveniently located 3 min walk from the beach and 7 min walk from the city center ( high street of Bournemouth). The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was small but enough for 1 person and it had all the relevant facilities.

The lack of the remote control. The front desk worker did all his best to tackle the issue collecting devices from other rooms. He eventually brought 5 of them into my room, unfortunately none worked with my TV set...He offered me a removal to a different room, still, I was too lazy to do it ;) I ended up sleeping with a non-working TV. That's a pity.

We were on the ground floor, as we had requested. The room was clean and had all the facilities that we needed. The hotel was close to the beach, and town and had a pub and a few restaurants very close.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak. The room was small, so there was nowhere to store luggage. The space the sink was in was very small, giving no elbow room.

great location, good size car park which you can arrive early and leave the car, room was well equip with fridge, tv and tea and coffee facilities. Ally (i believe was her name) was so helpful and great uplifting spirit. she was more than happy to help with any requests we made.

only issue was in the morning cars were penned in. although check out is 11 which isn’t too late if you were wanting to get up and out you may not get your car out especially if you arrive earlier than check in. lucky for us we managed to squeeze out.

Gentleman on reception was a star, only his 7th day! The parking worked out well, well managed. Family room is great for 2 adults and 3 children. Nice carpets, clean, could do with a new kettle. Room is perfect for a few nights. Nice Italian restaurant over the road and a short walk to beach and town centre. Would use again 100%. and love the fact it’s dog friendly.

People will say it could do with brightening up and modernising but actually it’s a typical B&B style hotel and great value for money. from the outside when arriving we did think UH-OO but once I walked through the door it’s great. No negatives from me. Even get a fridge in the room.
