Beautiful property, staff we very friendly and very helpful, especially when it came to our toddler. Had some great toys to keep her occupied and let us go down with them to feed the chickens. Breakfast (full english) was fab, we ordered 3 times during the week and our little one had pancakes with honey. Homemade preserves with our toast too! There are plenty of places to visit from this spot, all taking between 20-40minutes by car. We were able to visit nearby beaches, eden project, steam railway and lost gardens of heligan.

Good location for visiting the sites of Cornwall, clean and tidy room and we admired the hosts efforts on sustainability. Reasonable price compared to other places on offer, extra pillows were kindly supplied on request.

Mattress was a bit springy for personal liking but as we were so tired from our days out this wasn’t too big a deal. Didn’t realise there was no breakfast until after we had booked and paid, but that was maybe our fault for not reading the description before we selected. Not sure if we would have had to pay more for the room if breakfast was still being served as per pre-covid. A small fridge in the room would of been helpful. Iv no doubt hosts would of been happy for us to put some things in their own fridge but you don’t like to ask or feel like your being too needy.

I honestly have to admit that the best and cleanest B&B I've been to. I recommend it to everyone. The owners very friendly. The house is in a wonderfully beautiful location with stunning views, you can really relax. The rooms are very cozy and warm, I felt very good there, the rooms have all the amenities you need, I've been to many accommodations but there was always something to complain about, but this B&B was spotlessly clean. I am really impressed and will definitely be back.

The family was so welcoming, looked after us so well, and I felt there was a nice, relaxed vibe. Sara cooked us amazing pancakes, and both Sara and Kevin sat and chatted with us. Their home is beautiful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was also only a 10 minute drive from Eden, which was the purpose of our visit

Hmm. .. imo there wasn't anything not to like,

Great hosts and lovely location. The accommodation was very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. They were able to accommodate my daughter's intolerance to milk and egg. Perfect for getting to The Eden Project and close to the coast. Would make a good base for visiting the rest of Cornwall. Highly recommend. 👍

Great clean bright spotless room, Comfy bed, Spot on walk in shower... Soft water....:) and view from window.. Fresh milk left outside your door if you require... Central location to go to many places for visiting...:)

Maybe a key for room door to lock would be better.... Had a noisy guest in the room above banging and crashing for 3 nights till early hours....:( It was definitely not your normal going about your business noise... I should have reported it sooner than I did.... so no fault of Kevin & Sara... Breakfast would have been nice if was possible...:)

A beautiful home, has all you need for your stay. Sara and Kevin were so helpful advising us on the best places to visit and even more kind (and brave!) to dry out our running shoes for us after we completed our Man v’s Coast Rat Race.

A lovely B&B off the beaten track, but close to village amenities and general Cornish attractions. During our stay we visited The Eden Project (7 mins away), Lanhydrock House (15 mins) and Fowey (20 mins). The family were lovely and very helpful during our visit. We loved the unique touches such as fresh (very fresh!) milk from the farm next door and the bottled spring water from the spring on the property.

Can't think of anything specific about the property! Warning to drivers though - Cornish lanes are scarily narrow.

Sara and Kevin were super accommodating and gave a lot of great ideas to visit around Cornwall. Surrounded by nature. Breakfast was great and as recommended by our host a great pub down the road. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again
