The best thing about location is that the residence is very close to the Dubai Mall, the Fountain, and Burj Khalifa. The residence is also wide and comfortable.

Amazing location and all you could wish for a family vocation as there are nice pools area and breakfast and dining options. We had 3 bedroom apartment in Lavender building, windows looking to pools so there were no car traffic noise at night in our rooms. The apartment was huge with 4 separate bathrooms/toilets. The pools were nice and with warm water in January. For us it was not difficult to find an accsess to bigger pools as you just asked from the hotel pool a way and they show you everything. There was no service around bigger pools, but the smaller pool at hotel side had. Breakfast was served in hotel premises and was ok, coffee was not good though. Location is super close to the mall and Burj Khalifa. Definately reccomend for families!

Everything about the property and facilities...above all the courtesy of the staff at the front desk and at the building.

Hardly anything which I didn't like however, would suggest house keeping to improve their response time.

The staff were very helpful and hospitable. Made our stay over the New Years a wonderful remembrance for our family. Will definitely recommend it 👌 . Great location - short walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and variety of restaurants/ eating places. Excellent viewing of the fireworks at Burj Khalifa from the hotels balcony . Child friendly and spacious residence.

Really can't complain about anything- a lovely stay ,will definitely recommend for families.

The apartment was very spacious. We had 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms, a large living room etc. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have appreciated very much the lady ELSIE at the restaurant so full of light and joy! I have also appreciated the cart to travel between the 2 buildings. Room service was VERY good for dinner in my room.

As I have difficulty walking, I needed a walking-in shower. The only room available with a walking in shower was the handicapped room that was situated on the 1st floor right above the bar where heavy music was played every night and lots of noise. May colleagues had difficulty sleeping.

This is our 2nd time staying at Roda Al Murooj and once again it didn't dissapoint. Reception. Excellent Concierge Excellent Cleanliness Excellect Accommodate Excellent and extremely spacious. Food Excellent Staff Excellent so helpful and polite and a pleasure to be around. We went to this property last year and when we arrived we were recognised by a few members of the staff. They remembered my daughters name which was lovely.

The only thing I could say I didn't like was not enough cooking items in the kitchen area.

- The staff was friendly and very responsive. Always looking for a way to assist you. - Great family-sized apartments with all you would need, like a washing machine, full size stove with accessories, etc. - With them hearing that its a birthday holiday, we received a cake that evening, which was a great surprise - Breakfast was great, self service with a mix of many food types(middle-eastern, european, chocolate fountain…) - Excellent location. Walking distance from Dubai mall and a Metro.

- 300 UAD security deposit, which gets returned on the last day and has to be changed back to home currency. - Window pointed to close-by highway and some noise propagated. Did not bother us very much and the view was worth it

We travelled in a group of 6 adults and a baby and booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area. It was a 10min walk to Dubai Mall and is located close to some nice restaurants, a pub, money changer and 24hr supermarket. The building was very secure with 24hr security.

Had to wait for a while to check in as there was a long queue and the room was not ready on time. The baby cot provided was not baby-friendly for a 15month young as it had metal bars all around - a playpen would have been better. At the end of our stay we had to use the trolley ourselves to carry our luggage down as there was no one to assist. Also, the hot water would stop after a while and we sometimes had to have cold showers. It was however all minor issues that did not bother us much.

Great location, clean and with access areas for disabled persons.
